This ulta is my go to place when I need to pickup new skincare or makeup. They also have some good clearance options and the staff always greet you at the door and offer baskets to shop around The store is always clean and organized so I can find what I need without any issues. They also just added some amazing k-beauty brands and I'm so excited to try them out!

One of the most unfriendly Ulta stores I have ever been to. Literally a bunch of staff on the sales floor and not one greeting or any assistance offered. The cashiers are not friendly either.

I've been to this Ulta a few times, but today I had the best experience I've ever had at probably any store ever. Claudia S. was the most thorough beauty advisor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She is very educated on the products, and what would work best for my skin. She educated me on the different types of sunscreen mineral vs chemical, what exfoliant will work best for me etc etc. I wanted to just buy up everything because she was that good. I took her card because as long as Claudia is working there, I'll be shopping there. The rest of the staff was also really sweet and checked in to see if I needed help as well. 10/10 recommend.

Janai at the Wesley Chapel store (Grove) was amazing. She spent time with me and answered all of my questions. Her recommendations were spot on. I truly appreciate the expertise and care that she extended to me.

Nice location & staff. 3 star because I have checked out twice there recently and have asked for my dollars to be applied. Both times the cashiers forgot. Granted some of that is on me for not catching on at that moment… it’s still a headache

This was the best Ulta I’ve been to. Went this morning and all the girls I encountered were super friendly. Mia, a vendor ,was soo incredibly helpful and sweet. The girl checking me out Ashanti I think was super pleasant and sweet. One other girl too that greeted me as soon as I walked in was super nice , wish I got her name (next time ). Anyway I thought they deserved acknowledgment and I’ll definitely return to this location. Thank you

Kristen is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for her clients! As a blonde, I have a hard time finding someone I trust with my hair, and Kristen has become my go to lady! Highly recommend to anyone seeking professional and top tier services!

Amazing experience, Kristen knew exactly what I wanted. I came in with dry damaged hair from my last haircut at a different Ulta and I was miserable, she called me down, reassured me that it could be fixed and got to work. My hair is so unbelievably soft and manageable now! She touched up my roots, highlights and lowlights. My hair has never looked better. I’m so thankful for her, and I’ll definitely be coming back to see her specifically

I have been to this specific location a couple times to see my girl Kristen. She's an amazing stylist. Always does me justice and I've been seeing her since she was still in cosmetology school. You will never be disappointed, her work is always amazing.

I love the pink hair that Kristen H did for me and have plans to come back and getting my hair done by her and she is the only one that I will have do my hair when I do come back.

What a wonderful experience we had in the salon, I took my daughter to treat her for her first ever highlights. Kristen had top notch service. Kristen knew exactly what we wanted,she knew which side we slept on just by our hair,and held conversations with us. We had a lot good laughs. We found our new go to place for our hair services. We walk out extremely happy and will be returning for our next services.

Kristen is amazing with curls!
I first went to her last year after my daughter’s hair was damaged from a bad braiding job. Kristen brought her curls back to life with a trim and a regimen that finally worked — after years of trying everything. I recently went back again, and once again, she did an incredible job. Her knowledge, care, and results are unmatched. She’s truly the best! 🫶🏽
