Most of employees are friendly and polite. However Zoe could use some customer service skills when working with the public. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I expected her to be a bit nicer and politer.

I will start with the positivity verses the negative experience i had today. The cashiers, sales and store cleanliness is always on point. No issues with returning any products. Today's visit kind of caught me off guard. As I was looking at the prestige brand hair products a woman came through and asked if I needed assistance. Pretty sure she was a stylist since she had on a black smock. I asked my first question and she was able to assist me with regarding my finishingspray which she said 'it must be discontinued if you havent found it in awhile (Matrixx). As I asked my 2nd question about purchasing the best shampoo for my hair as I am growing out my gray. Her response was, Are you sure you want to do that? I said Ummm yes I'm sure. Again she asked the same question, don't you want to put in some highlights? No, I do not as Iike the feel of my hair now without coloring/beaching. She said well highlights would transition better into your growth vs having your gray growing out & be so bold (I think that's the word she used)looking with your dark hair. I was taken off guard by such rudeness. I cannot recall her name but she had either an eye Injury/blood looking on the whites of her rt eye and blondish hair. I would have appreciated your professional recommendation of highlights IF I HAD INQUIRED on that topic and went directly to the salon area/desk. When somone who decides to grow out gray naturally it is an emotional roller coaster. It takes patience and strength not to color and to have somone insinuate your hair didn't look good and would look better another way is very demeaning. Recommend she go through some type of customer service training or not allow her to assist customers outside the actual salon. ?

Went today to get a hair dryer. I selected one that was priced tagged at 59.99 when I was ready to pay the cashier Carmen said it is $117.65 I explain to her that that’s not what it says the box. She removed the tag with her nails and said that it is 117.65 I was embarrassed and just paid and left.

I’m a guy who was shopping for a perfume for my girlfriend, never been in an Ulta before. Was helped by a very friendly associate (I believe her name was either Lauren or Laura) who helped me pick a few samples out. Very friendly staff

My daughter visited this hair salon and received a disappointing haircut. After more than 3 hours the dye was completely the wrong color from the inspirational photo presented.Paying extra to color correct it, this led to damage to the hair to the point of the hair breaking off in a number of areas. After calling the next day to find resolution, I was met with apathy. The manager Lynn, made it very clear that she wasn’t willing to refund the money nor do anything to fix my daughter’s hair. I was shocked to learn that they wouldn’t work with me to resolve.Due to the lack of empathy and poor management's customer service. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. And would suggest looking for a place that has a more personal and empathic approach.

Is have to say my stylist was personalble sweet, did a great job on the cut, but the color was absolutely NOTHING LIKE MY INSPO PICTURE, that she said was 100% possible with my hair. I made it know very politely that It was nice but not what I’d requested. She said use clarifying shampoo and it would fix it, or come back Wednesday and she would redo it. I said I’m a nurse and that is not possible. So I spoke to the manager as I was leaving she gave me a discount, but said if the clarifying shampoo doesn’t fix it call me within 2 weeks and they will fix it. So I did what they said and it did not fix it at all so I called and now her story changed. “I would have to pay to have it fixed”! I’m more than unsatisfied to say the least and will NEVER USE ULTA AGAIN, not even for makeup purchases. Unless they make this right.
