I shopped here for my daughter during back to school and her experience was so awesome that I decided to give it a try myself. Now I have 2 pair of jeans that I love thanks to Jazmin.”

I personally only go for the pro-wrestling tees (which this store had a lot of which I hadn't seen recently at other locations), but I love seeing how happy and at ease she is in these stores. This store in particular though was very large and open. The staff, very friendly, which I have to yet to encounter a rude employee at any Hot Topic location. However, this crew went above and beyond. There was an error with pricing, an item was marked clearance and wasn't supposed to be, but the girl at the register (wish I caught her name) honored the clearance price. Lots of clearance items at this store which I also hadn't seen recently at other locations. While the prices are a little pricey, the price is so worth the smile on my sister's face and the items are of high quality so double worth it.”

“I visited this store recently, I was doing all my Christmas shopping and i saw a Grinch red set on the mannequins the store was packed and I was pretty sure they would say no, as soon as I walked over, Danna welcomed me with a big smile and promptly ask me if there was anything she could assist me with to which I asked her about the set on the mannequins she told me they were sold out but she would gladly take the one off the mannequins for me if the sizes fit. They did, she called another tall young lady over, I believe her name was Shayla or Jayla and both of them worked together to undress and dress the mannequins again. This was such a pleasurable experience because no one else would have said yes. I loved the music, the store was clean and organized making my overall experience amazing.”

“Today I had the pleasure of being helped at the Wiregrass American Eagle by the nicest young lady named Malory. I really hope she is the manager or is next up for a management position because her customer service skills were top notch. This young lady was so pleasant, smiled the whole time and when I was doing my return from a purchase that I had made online and could not find my receipt, she politely said I can not do a return without a receipt. I understood and I’m sure I showed slight disappointment on my face but it was my own fault for it being lost. Without missing a beat she said let me see if customer service can help us locate an order number so I can do the return. She quickly got on the phone and called them, never annoyed or acted like she was being put out of her way. She did indeed end up getting the information we needed to do my return and she happily did the transaction for me. I then did a little shopping and was lucky enough to be waited on this charming young lady again. I feel like people only call to complain and not enough people point out a job well done. Mallory showed excellent customer service, did it with a smile, was very pleasant and I truly appreciated her help. I hope this makes it to her manager and she gets a little more then just a pat on the back because I’m sure she shows this dedication to her job to more people then just myself. Recognition for a job well done should be plastered everywhere for this pleasant employee. Thank you sweetheart, you made my day better.”

“This past weekend I went in to take my daughters to get some new items. As soon as we entered the building my daughter felt like passing out. Paula at this store helped me out tremendously! She got her a popsicle and a nice cold water. Made sure she had a fan blowing on her. I could not thank her enough for helping me during this process. While my daughter was sitting in the fitting room she helped my other daughter find what we came in for. This customer service does not go unrecognizable , and I’m so thankful for Paula this past weekend ! I tried contacting corporate email to let them know how amazing she was but I couldn’t find one.”

“My daughter was nominated for 9th grade HOCO we looked all day finally ended up at Niki’s and meet Mya she was amazing my daughter was turning everything down she told her try this on not only did we find one dress but we walked out with 3 she was younger so my daughter took her advice it cut out all the fighting after 5 different store ? should of went there first and we got a hell of a deal can’t thank her enough for all help we will be back”
