The joke bankers hours rings true with this branch. Doesn't open til 10am and closes at 4pm. Been with Bank of America over 20 years but their business hours make me want to leave and take all my cash with me.

Gentlemen who sits at desk on floor is great at doing nothing. The time he spends telling you how busy he is could have been time helped. There 45 minutes no one was with him! Not good for BOA because in 20 years he is the worst!! Will go to Merritt Island excellent branch!!

When the lines get long, they really should have someone else come and help. Ridiculous wait times, make for poor customer service ? Cross train the management to help jump in when needed. This is why I personally no long bank with Bank of America, along with all their fees!!!!
