It was a pleasure walking into chase. The staff made me feel welcome as a first time customer as well as there current customers. Janiece Bernardo is the best she took the time to go over all my options even explained them to me a few times so I could fully understand my options. She is true Gem !!!

Depo a check. Had ta wait a bit but very nice. Wish they would use the dricethrough. It would be a LIT more convenient. Especially if you're handicapped or are ill.

My banker is fantastic. Always make an appointment, but when something unexpected arises I am accommodated as quickly as possible. I bank at several different banks and this by far is the best in service.
