Today was not a great day to walk into Chase Bank and get customer service assistance. I had an issue with my account unfortunately there was only one customer service person there today. I had to wait for a little more than 45 minutes before getting assistance the issue was resolved. Hopefully they will be able to hire more staff.

I had a wire transfer done and Heather, the bank representative who helped me was very efficient, professional and polite. She explained everything clearly and the transaction went smoothly. Thank you Chase and Heather.

Been banking with Chase for 10 years at the Bradenton location. Recently moved. Had to use this location. Most horrible business experience of my life. Banker was rude and dishonorable. Had to wait for a hour before getting service. Literally fell asleep in the lobby. When banker finally came out, she was eating a brownie and laughing. Stated that there was an "office meeting" in the back room. Banker in the front, when we arrived, said that someone would be right with us as they were "busy assisting other customers". Other customers in the lobby were upset as well. I loved Chase before this experience. I am legitimately upset that my paycheck has been given to these people every week for the past 10 years. They're horrible, lazy, liars.

I have been with Chase bank for over 20 years. Recently I had an insurance claim on my home. The first insurance claim check went in just fine. I did everything I was supposed to do. Had the claims company endorse the check, mailed the check to my mortgage company, I endorsed the check went to the teller and it went without incident. Insurance companies now pay in multiple payments. So I paid for my roof out of pocket and my insurance paid the rest of the claim. I followed the same process In depositing the check. I was patiently waiting for the teller when another associate came through the line trying to get me to do my deposit through the ATM. I told her initially I didn’t trust that but she convinced me, she checked my check told me all was good and went step by step with me to deposit the check. This was July 15. Fast forward to Monday and I noticed that Chase had taken the money back. They sent me a notice saying the check was in properly endorsed. I called the claims department with the one 800 number they provided me and the claims department advised me the only thing wrong with the check was I did not put my account number on it, they were mailing me back my legal copy of the check and all I had to do was go to the teller and deposit the check. I today July 22 I take the check to the branch and attempt to deposit my check. The branch manager tells me they cannot deposit my check. I explain to her what the claims department had told me and that everything she was telling me was wrong because they had just 3 to 4 months ago was deposited the same exact check. Her response was that the teller could’ve possibly been fired and I’m lucky I didn’t have a freeze put on my account. She refuses to cash the check and wants me to ask a stranger I don’t know for a claims company to deposit the check and give me the money. I leave the branch extremely frustrated and call the one 800 number again. They tell me that she is absolutely wrong and the problem is the branch manager and I should just go to chase banks until I find someone who will cash it because there is nothing wrong with the check. However they will not call the branch and correct her, the branch manager doesn’t think she’s wrong. Between the corporate office one 800 number and the branch they are both saying that they are both wrong but they will not contact each other and rectify the situation. I have bills that will not be paid this week and there’s absolutely nobody in Chase who will help me everyone is just saying the other person doesn’t know what they’re talking about. So here I sit with a $7000 check that I cannot cash that is perfectly legal endorsed properly because people don’t know how to do their jobs*update I was told by Chase cooperate to just find another Chase bank to cash the check. Took it to another location in Melbourne and they deposited it with out question. Proving even further there should have never been an issue in the first place. An apology would be nice for my delay of funds and inconvenience of having to drive to another city to cash a legal check.

Been with chase for years , have several accounts and do a lot of banking, when I first started they were great. Customer service and getting help without waiting hours is impossible. Went to get a notary stamp and they couldn’t even do something that simple. I’ll be closing my accounts and going else where after 10 years.

Worse location in the county. They dont awnser phones. Any other location will awnser and ask if you can hold for a few moments.

been dealing with a dispute since September of 2021 (going on 6 months now). they constantly give me the run around. i have been in-person 3x now (Palm Bay/WM location) in the span of 2 weeks—this was of no help to me. Chase keeps giving me numbers to call and I call but no one answers. not happy with Chase and their lack of customer service support
