“This location is always, always clean and tidy and very well stocked. They don't always have what I'm looking for but 9 times outta 10 they do. Staff is friendly on a wide range, but even when they're minimally friendly it's still way more friendly than the Eau Gallie location. That store is always so empty, or leaking/smells.”
“The employees are helpful and have great customer service. The store always looks good. I scratch my head at the weekly ads. Almost 90% of the advertised specials are not in the store, out of stock. I do not think it has to do with the local staff, but corporate should flex their ads to include in stock items. Support this fine team. Just a thought.”
“A nice store, for what it is! Very full and very well lit inside. The store is clean. The staff on the floor are alert and they care to help you. A great experience and it's an added boost to the day when you come in to a store and they treat you well. Plenty of fresh candy for stocking up to give to trick -or-treaters .... “Dollar General is a good place to go if you don't want to go if you don't feel like going into a large grocery store to pick up basic supplies. They offer low prices too. My only complaint is that it only keeps a limited amount of the flavor Gatorade Zero I drink, while other flavors are in abundance. If you see that a particular flavor is constantly out or only a few on the shelf, you would think they would place a larger order to meet customers needs.”
“Very friendly staff here. Plenty of selection and the prices are a little lower than other stores. You can pick up snacks, cleaning supplies, and just about anything in here at lower prices than other retailers. Good store.”

Do you think people need a backpack to steal? Not sure what your reasoning is but I can't trust a business that doesn't trust its customers.”
“I LOVE this store. It's my neighborhood goto for most things. The employees are great and they keep their shelves stocked. The store is clean and the neighborhood riff-raff don't post up and loiter outside to Ogle the goods you just purchased.

“Dollar General has updated their stores. They also have cute decorative rugs, picture frames with cute saying on them. Cute simple. Personally I would rather shop here then Walmart. But just like anywhere else you have to compare and watch how much you spend. lake Washington store has huge cold and freezer section isle are set up to where u find what u need.”
“I would like to give a shout out to one of the Dollar General staff, who goes by the name Sky. He was kind, courteous and super helpful. He even went out of his way to help us get an online coupon to help us save a little bit of money. The reason I'm giving a 4 start review is because the other Dollar General staff was nasty when I returned the bathroom key.”
“Although I don't understand how dollar general ended up on a residential street in Palm bay, I stopped there today to make an exchange for my daughter.The cashier, Wil, was great: pleasant, knowledge and just really nice.The store is new therefore neat, clean, and full of stuff.But how many dollar generals does Palm Bay need?Update. 1/22. Apparently palm Bay needs lots of dollar generals. There seems to be one every five miles now. Today the shelves were somewhat bare. The cashier was very nice. Somehow DG gets good employees.”

“Just pick up certain items at DG a couple times a month. Some items have a better price than Walmart, but most are higher.
Use the coupons and shop on Saturdays. Saturday coupon is 5 dollars off if you buy 25.00.
Don't forget to check the size of the item. Price may be .50 cents less, but item may be 4 ounces less.
DG used to cost less than Walmart, but now DG has changed the size of packaging.”
“over the last 2 years i have been here dozens of times. the employees have changed throughout the years but everyone is friendly and fast through the checkout process. they usually have what you're looking for. Only time they have been out of stock is when I was looking for sour cream. not sure if the bathrooms have been fixed or what but i have seen them turn customers away from using the bathroom earlier this year 2023”
“This is the best Family Dollar store in Melbourne, FL. The employees are exceptionally customer focused, friendly and helpful. Every time I'm in this store and can't find something, the employees cheerfully walk me to the place to find what I'm looking for. Other stores I shop at employees are far from friendly and just tell you what isle to go to. Shopping at this Family Dollar is always a great experience because of the helpfulness of every employee. I've found items in this store you can buy for $1 that are sold at other stores five times the price. Family Dollar generic cold, allergy and medical supplies are as good as name brands. You can't beat the prices found at Family Dollar on most items. And most products I buy are available most of the time when shopping. I've been to other dollar stores and none of them are nearly close to the great shopping experience at this Family Dollar. The employees make this store the best shopping experience every time I shop. I love this store!”
