“Everyone at the Norfolk Parkway Store is wonderful and extremely helpful. I've never waited to be assisted, and they are always so knowledgeable about all the phones and products. I came in to exchange my phone, and the rep was quick and efficient in reviewing my account and detailing my options. I told him I had a specific amount of time, and he managed to do all that was needed within that time frame.”

“I go into the store to pay my phone bill on several occasions. Avoid paying cash, overpaying your monthly bills. They won’t give you change and like my situation they haven’t credited any overpayments I made to my bill. I will be keeping track of this & then take action.”

“After lackluster service at a Verizon corporate store, I didn't have high hopes for this store- but I was so wrong! Eddie the sales rep was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He helped lower our bill, pick out two new replacement phones and even set them up! Gave good advice and was very down to earth. I sure hope he stays there!”

My laptop screen was broken and I was told from another tech they can replace my screen but it wouldn’t be touch, not only that but they were charging twice as much ?. They didn’t have my screen in stock and I was okay with waiting. Yall! Touch screen upgradeee. This screen is much better than the original and the graphics are popping ?. Trust them to exceed your expectations, they’ve earned a forever customer.”
