“Tried to schedule an appointment but this location doesn’t participate. Brought in my cable modem and cable box for upgraded exchange. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and taken to a work station. After looking up our account, the representative grabbed the new equipment and registered it in the system. He gave us the boxes and we were on our way. Easy peasy. I have always liked Spectrum or whichever name they were using at the time. Service is still outstanding.”
