“The sole operators of this company are husband and wife - no other employees. I needed a tow 3 miles away from my destination and since my Triple A covers up to 100 miles, I didn't want to waste one of my four uses on this issue today. The couple was cheery on the phone and just as warm in person. They were very sympathetic towards not just my car issue but a personal issue that I disclosed while we were striking up small talk. The last thing I should point out is price. Now, Luke's Towing and Rachel's Towing both didn't even answer their phones (Google had them listed as open), while Premiere Towing wanted $75 just for the hook up and I tuned out the rest of whatever charges they wanted as they already were too much in comparison to X-Bones. X-Bones will beat the price of local towing. I strongly urge you to support this nice couple in their business endeavor if you are in need of towing.Edit: Another point that I missed. They told me 45-60 minute wait and while I don't remember exactly how long I waited, I know they arrived within 30-ish minutes. Just another reason to support their business.”

“Marcelo has been my family's mechanic for years. Our first introduction was with my 2011 Grand caravan It was my wife's and it was overheating so he took a look at it and basically told me to walk across the street and get a Radiator cap. Problem- fixed. cost-the cap. Later on he replaced my transmission lines. He also replaced the clutch on my 2010 Mazda 3. It took the time to show me the old clutch and the new clutch. He also replaced my AC compressor on the same Mazda No issues on any of his work. He's my guy.”

“We got to Melbourne on the afternoon of July 3 and our air conditioning wasn't cooling. We stopped here, they checked our AC. They added coolant and it has been fine during our hot, humid week here! Everyone from the owner, counter person and technician were friendly, helpful and so nice. We highly recommend this shop and thank them so much for fixing our problem on the spur of the moment before a holiday weekend. We appreciate you!”

“I've had a problem with my Ram Promaster that 2 other shops couldn't fix. Dave diagnosed the issue and fixed it. So far, not a single problem! Very happy with the level of professional service and how he took the time to really look at the issue instead of just randomly replacing parts.”

“Best thing about this place is the sweet doggie, Cypress. The lady at the front desk was nice. I know she’s just doing her job. $460 cash for unauthorized parking tow from parking lot across the street from Paradise Beach on Memorial Day is a bit excessive. Glad my 19 yo son has a job and was able to pay his own tow fee. Expensive life lesson, but I bet he’ll listen to his dad next time. Do not park where multiple signs say unauthorized vehicles will be towed.”
