I loved the communication with the Alex (owner/manager?) of the New Haven UPS STORE next to Home Depot. I had a question i wanted answered if I could and within hours he got back to me and answered it.
That’s someone that chooses to have a great customer service relationship. Beautiful store.

Great employees. Very helpful and honest. Would not accept tips as it's against companies' policy. I recommend this location.
