Staff was polite, greeted me and held the door, explained my options clearly and got me in and out the door in record time. It's a super cute shop, lots of vintage decor and best of all, a cat! It's much further for me to drive, but worth the trip to not have to use the UPS store in IHB where every experience is a nightmare. Try this place, you won't regret it.”

“The most important reason is the comfort and simplicity of it all. You go into the store, they take care of you promptly and with some friendly conversation.. you have the option to scan your stuff yourself and put it in the little drop shoot or if you feel like you wanna have a human contact there is that as well. They have everything that you could possibly want or need if you were going to send a package and you wanted to be confident.. You don’t have to have anything but what it is you want to send and they will help you with the rest. With everything being so questionable these days, it’s nice to have a store that you can just go into and trust the process with people who are happy to be doing their job.. it was also nice to see a whole bunch of young people working hard trying to make a better future for themselves. I also appreciate the many physical stores UPS has. It’s nice that there’s drop off locations for all these different shipping methods, but I prefer to use the physical store and UPS offers me several physical stores all around me.”
