Atlantic Pack & Parcel picked up a framed work of art for me from a local auction house. They were extremely patient, answering all my many questions and happily following my wishes for specific packaging. Cost was very reasonable, the package arrived quickly and nothing was damaged (unlike experiences I’ve had with other pack ‘n ship-type places). I’m extremely grateful for their excellent service, ease of communication and payment, and for making it possible for me to purchase items in auctions that are far away from where I live. It was somewhat busy, but adequately staffed, and shout out to Christina and Ashawnie specifically, who were efficient at getting people helped quickly. They provided a printing service that I needed and made it look easy after I had received subpar results elsewhere. Christina and Ashawnie were quick to attend to me, were welcoming, accommodating, skilled, and just had great attitudes, which is so refreshing.
