Concrete skatepark. Pretty sick, lots of young kids on bikes on training wheels though. A skatepark is not a safe place for very young kids. The playground here is good and a better place for them. If you could avoid the toddlers is a cool place to skate. Restrooms and overhead lights once the sun goes down.
