I’ll never do business with Budget again after using this location. I was doing a move from Florida to Colorado and booked a truck with them 2 weeks out. I had to go to the store the day before to confirm that they would actually have a truck for me, as there is no way to call them directly and when I went, I was told they couldn’t promise they would have a vehicle. After going back and forth, they did get a truck for me. The truck itself was in great shape- unfortunately there was a change in my plans- there were additional large items and I needed a bigger truck- and I ended up bringing it back the same day. The manager there said he would refund the full cost to my card. It has been 2 weeks. I have called customer service repeatedly and the manager apparently didn’t have the power to authorize any refunds, so I was lied to and I’ve been sitting with a 3k charge on my card that should not be there. After calling the customer care line 5 TIMES in the last week, I was finally able to get someone to authorize the refund.Bunch of criminals. I highly highly recommend going literally anywhere but here.

Dropped off my rental here, filled the tank at the marathon next door. The girl that took possession of the vehicle charged me a fee and couldn't tell me what it was for. She could only tell me to call the manager after he returned from vacation and he would be able to help. I later saw on my emailed receipt that it was a fuel charge. I called the manager who said he was just getting back from vacation and asked me to call back the next day. I did and he told me he'd fix it. That was never done, I then called customer service who told me they'd fix it, 2-weeks later and they still haven't refunded the fee. Very frustrating and a big reason while I'll never rent from Budget or Avis again.

Paid $944 online prepayment for a rental for approximately 30 days while my wife's vehicle was in the shop. Paid for a mid size suv since that's what she drives. Arrive at the location as per the reservation and I'm greeted by a lady at the counter."Can I help you?"I have a reservation. "No you don't." (Never looks up name/pending reservations) But I do. (Shows reservation on cell phone)"Well, you must be at the wrong location."I'm in the right place. (Highlights address)"Well, I have no cars."I guess that a problem as I've prepaid and took and Uber here. LUCKILY, for me, a lady in front of me was unable to fulfill the requirements for a rental and I was able to steal the last car...A small Toyota Corolla. I am thankful I was able to grab a vehicle so my wife has something, but the lack of customer service is astounding. I was able to get my dealer to give me another rental from elsewhere and because I prepaid, I did not get any refund for the unused time on the contract. I say, visit the airport and hopefully they have better service/availability.

Rent elsewhere. We get there at 4:00pm on a Friday, ready to pick up a truck that we have had reserved for weeks. We get there and have to wait 30 minutes. After this time, the desk attendant tells us that both of their trucks are requiring maintenance and I will have to call to find another truck in the area. They could have called and informed me of this at any point in the day so I could have more time to find a truck, yet they let me drive all the way there and wait 30 minutes to find out I had no truck. I called their 1-800 number to find a replacement truck, and they told me a manager would get back to me within two hours. It's been a week and still no calls or recognition that I even had a reservation. Rent with Penske instead, we had a great experience with them and the trucks were clean. They saved our move after Budget hung us out to dry.

Well the reviews on this place are 100% correct. The truck that they expected us to drive 5 hours had check engine light on, oil service due light on, animal hair and urine in the cab, chewed up straw on floor, garbage everywhere,motor made horrible noises,seatbelt cut almost all the way through, seatbelt duct taped together, toilet paper and urine/feces in box corner and it was so nasty inside and out. I went inside and asked if anyone bothered to inspect this truck? I was told the mechanic just dropped it off. I explained the nastiness of the truck. I was then told we will vacuum it out but that’s all. They didn’t care that they were basically leaving us stuck. This thing was unsafe to drive anywhere especially five hours non stop. They couldn’t find another truck so we were stuck now. THANK GOD FOR U-HAUL. They found us a 26’ which was overkill and twice the cost but BUDGET/AVIS left us with no choice.

Horrible experience. Rented a truck from this budget and I should’ve look at the reviews. Had movers scheduled and these incompetent people had NO record of my reservation even though I confirmed with budget before I left to pick up the truck. Avoid at all costs. Manager is a total disappointment. Avoid this horrible business at all costs. I’ll be reporting to every channel possible

I was told to go to this location because the location in Boca reserved a truck for me and didn't have it the day before I moved 4 hours across the state. I spoke with the manager hermi the day before to confirm that we'd be good for the scheduled time 8 am. Guy showed up late, and then had to be walked through every step on renting me a truck and couldn't even give me a receipt. Unbelievable

I reserved a truck a month out and even received a reminder of my reservation 2 days before my scheduled pick up. I arrived ready to pick up the truck so my family and I could move and the employees at the front desk told me they don’t have any trucks and that there’s nothing they can do. They didn’t offer me a solution or even help me find a truck at another location. I called multiple Budget/Uhaul location and nobody had trucks. I finally found a Uhaul truck complex out of they way. Never again with this place. I didn’t know a place could treat customers like this.

If I can give a zero I would! Horrible experience! Waited almost 3 hours for them to say they didn’t have a working truck available! Then 5 days later they charged $75 to my card. When I called the supervisor said they couldn’t stop it bc it was automatic. They said once payment is clear I can call back for a refund when I told them to remove my credit card info they said they couldn’t! Smh worst place ever no truck and they will charge you

Guess I should have paid more attention to these ratings, but I figured hey, what can go wrong? Well, there is only one problem; just got here and “we don’t have any trucks“. Seriously? I have a reservation but they don’t have anything reserved for me. Utterly ridiculous. Guy behind the counter at least looked around other locations, but I don’t want to have to drive an extra half hour for a truck that’s smaller than the size I reserved!

I have never written a review in my life but I had to for this one. Worst experience I've ever had at any business ever. I reserved a vehicle today for 4pm, when I show up they told me that not only do they not have my moving truck, but that they don't have ANY moving trucks. When I asked the lady at the front desk "how is that possible? I have a reservation for a specific truck, and a confirmation number/email to prove it" she said "yeah that's just how it is, they allow you to make a reservation without knowing what we have in our inventory" how is this possible? Absolute s*** company. Had everything set up with movers, paying them for every hour while I had to jump through hoops to find another moving truck elsewhere.
