The trucks are in terrible condition but the service people were very nice.

Book a moving truck over a month out & they don’t have it. Lady at the desk is just an idiot than “customer service” does about nothing to fix the issue.

Prepaid rate only to be told they have no cars. No solution your out of luck. Budget customer service the. Proceeds to tell me they won't refund the rate. Contemplating a lawsuit. Theft
