“First of all, I JUST ordered my new kitchen appliances today, they won't be delivered for 2 weeks so, I am holding off the 5th star until delivery BUT, I just HAD to share what a PLEASURE it was to do business with Rafael (salesman) and Keisha (floor supervisor). Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and just FELT GOOD to know that I am spending my money with such nice and caring people. Thank you so much both of you and Lowe's you are lucky to have them in your employ. I will be back for any and all future needs that this store sells and (at least for me) it's the PEOPLE who make the difference. I WOULD give this 5 stars right now but, I have to see how smoothly the delivery goes first BUT, Rafael and Keisha get a 6 out of 5.”
