“I had an excellent experience. The service was professional, reliable, and of outstanding quality. From the beginning, everything was explained clearly, and all of my questions were answered. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again. Thank you for the excellent job! Thank you Carlos Andres Franco”
“WILL is the Real DEAL...!!! SUPER HELPFUL.. !! Florida Bolt has always bailed us out...as a Heavy truck mechanic... they have always had what we needed or had something that worked..!!”
“The best place for artificial grass is Diamond. And the staff are amazing specially Maria Jose she is the best, she's very welcoming and kind. I will defenetly visit them again”
“I needed some vinyl for a project and they not only had it, but about the same price as Amazon. The clerk was quick to help and we chatted it up a bit. Reminds me of the old days when people cared and knew what they were talking about. Had that hometown feel back when business was enjoyable and not only about the dollar.”
“Absolutely the best!!!
Best selection of equipment
Best parts availability
David @ the counter is top notch knowledgeable and helpful 😁
We buy our equipment here & all our supplies”
“I have had the opportunity to dine at the RH in West Palm Beach in the past. I have always had an amazing experience as a guest there. No matter the size of the table, the service that I have received was amazing and the was to perfection. I dare you to try it!!! You will love it.”
“The staff there are always so friendly. They’re also extremely quick. I put a mobile order in, 9 minutes later I got an email stating it was ready for pickup. Their prices are also the best on the market. Definitely my go to place for shipping materials”
“They carry a good selection of flooring materials, and I’ve been shopping at their Delray location for years without any issues it’s always been one of the most professional shops I’ve dealt with. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was very disappointing. The warehouse staff showed a lack of professionalism, and attitudes were given quicker than the products I had already paid for. If this is the standard of service the owners are aiming to represent, it’s a clear step backward from the level of professionalism I’ve come to expect.”
“I purchased a toolbox. When I opened the box at home it was damaged. I took it back and they exchanged it no questions asked. The person that helped me at the store was very kind, polite, and courteous. Thank you.”
“Palm Beach Hardware is the only place you need to go. Jenifer is awesome and will go the extra mile to make sure that you get the right products for your home. 5 Stars all the way!!!”
“Hands down one of the best hardware stores locally.
Except they don't stock 10/32 machine screws or nuts.
And they a good selection of stainless steel nuts and bolts.”
“Was recommended to go here after Home Depot didn’t have a part I needed. Lou behind the counter was great! She knew exactly what I needed to replace the outdated part. She got me what I needed and walked me through the install. Will definitely come back next time I need plumbing parts/guidance”
“Daryl is the one person I call when it comes to cleaning and janitorial product's. His knowledge far surpasses other’s in the same field. He contains a wealth of information and has saved me countess hours by providing the best chemicals for every particular application.”
“Amazing Customer Service! From the time that we walked in. Everyone in there asked if we needed help. They were super friendly and even joked with us. My fiance thought he had electrical tape and the young man noticed he didn't have the right tape. He went back and grabbed what we needed. They will always have our business???”
“Went here today for the 1st Time. Very Friendly and professional. Got exactly what I needed, no beating around the bush or extras necessary. Very good pricing. All around a good experience and I'm definitely coming back in the future and I'd recommend Kline to anyone!”
“Zack made our situation go from bad to excellent! We ordered supply vents online and ordered all the wrong sizes and when they arrived, they were damaged! None of that was Zach’s fault but between him and the regional manager we left there with exactly what we needed and smiles on our faces! Excellent customer service experience!”
“The only place to go for plumbing fixtures & hardware! The team at MH is truly the best. From a professional designer POV- to know you have a team on your side that always has your back when it comes to customer service, product knowledge, positive attitudes, super speedy response time- this group is unbeatable. Ken, Erik, Michael, Chris - the list goes on and on. Both the West Palm & Jupiter locations have so much product on display. Go to MH and I promise you won't ever go anywhere else again.”
“This place is a gold mine for anything related to PVC plumbing for irrigation, storm drainage, pools, aquariums etc. They also sell Weld-On PVC cement and primers which is better than the oatey stuff at big box stores. Fittings of all sizes in stock. Great staff that knows their stuff. Helped me out in jamb and stayed open to help me out even though I’m an individual not a business or contrActor. Will buy all my plumbing parts here instead of home depot/lowes.”
“I had to get some discontinued plugs for some Trex projects. They hooked me right up and quick shipping too. Local guy said it was impossible to find any but they had everything I needed.”

“Never can find anyone knowledgeable to help. Get sent to different departments, who in turn sends you to another.
Hey, the people have good attitudes and seem like they generally want to help.... they just need better management and training.
You have good people. Teach them.”
“Went in to buy stuff for my new project with my husband. I went inside and there was a handsome boy who was very kind and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. The boys name was Jorge, he was very patient with me as I don’t know much about what I needed and neither did my husband since our grandson will be the one building the shed. Jorge was a kind employee, I could tell he was busy and stressed and he still helped us. He went above and beyond. I will be returning for him.”
