Picked up an item from the clearance that was not suppose to be their and Yvette the manager honored the clearance price anyways. She also asked if we had a coupon and told her no and she gave us one anyways. Now it's the little things in life that means the most and for that reason this was a good experience. “I have seen a couple of negative reviews about this store recently, and I just want to say that I had a very good experience earlier this week.
I needed to return a shirt that I had bought online. I went to the store, found the customer service desk and got in the line behind the customer who was being served. A staff member came up the desk and offered to assist me. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was very pleasant and polite. She did the return very quickly, and then tried to help me find another item that I was interested in. I was also greeted pleasantly by another staff member.
I did not go in the dressing room, so I can’t comment on that, but the store in general seemed well organized and clean.”
“This is a beautiful outlet l love it the security is always around but they need to spread out and not be all in one spot all the time for hours. Be nice to all customers not just the white high class citizens especially the black associates that work there. Come in the morning they almost never pleasant to them they just slide around like their look for a thief. It’s ridiculous l seen this numerous of times. Majority of them are rude never have a welcome energy they act like Racist cops.”

“The H&M City Place store was clean and the staff friendly. The fitting room sales representative by the name of Zee was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the merchandise and stock on hand. Zeee treated me like he was my personal shopper going back and forth to get me the right size. His advice was spot on and his humor made my experience fun. “It is located in the Tanger Outlets in West Palm Beach. Easy to find and easy to park. I went here with high school freshman son to find some clothes. He asked me to pick out things that I like - what I like is totally different from the fashion of high school kids. So I saw that they were having some specials. Buy one and the 2nd item is 50% off. (Most items).He tried on some cargo pants, denim jeans and t shirts and was successful! I was so happy that he found items that he liked and that he will wear. The staff was also very nice which was great. They do have dressing rooms for your privacy so that was perfect. It is definitely a good place if you want hip items at affordable prices. You can also join their rewards program which at certain levels you get $5 off and that adds up, believe it or not.”

“Very nice shop, you can buy a lot of cowboy souvenirs, but of course also everyday clothes. Nice owners. There is also a second point in Jupiter. At this point you can find a larger selection of hats, shoes and jackets, but fewer gadgets such as knives or sheriff's stars.”
