Update - the GM called me and she is going to address the incident. I’m changing this review from 1 star to 5 stars because of the GM and her professionalism. She turned this negative situation into a positive. Thank you.
I would give zero star if I could. I’m extremely upset with my experience at Hertz due to the very poor customer service by Sandra. She upsell my prepaid car rental and when I questioned the amount and I reiterated that I was OK with my original reservation. She said it was just a “hold” and not worry about it. Well guess what it was an upsell. I went back to see her and she “never” apologized once. She kept repeating that I signed it but I signed it because she told it was a hold and it would automatically cancelled/refunded. She didn’t say it was an upgrade.
In summary, she was very defensive and rude. She eventually exchanged my car to the original reservation. She conveniently received a personal call and ignored me for the rest of the transaction. The General Manager should address Sandra’s lack of customer service and her way of upselling without clearly telling the customer.
I shared my comments and concerned when I checked out the car with Leticia. By the way, she was extremely nice.

In a good presidential circle member and I been renting cars from hearts over the past 18 years. I have never been treated and disrespected like i did at the PBI location. She was rude from the beginning , she raised her voice at me and use profanity. I will never give my business to you guys ever again. She is a reflection of your company and I don’t know how hertz allow someone like that to work for them.
I’m giving on start because didn’t allowed me to give a 0 start but that is what this location and this rep actually deserves.

They blamed me for damage that was already on the vehicle when I was returning. I asked to speak to a manager and no one can point me in the right direction. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE. I definitely will not use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Worst customer service! Rudest female at the Hertz counter, thoroughly cleaned her desk the keyboard and credit card terminal, turned on the TV, went outside multiple times, chatted up with other employees all while the customers watched and waited for at least 15 minutes to be called on. Beyond slow and inefficient!

-customer service is basically non existent
-poor choice in vehicles, most of them aren't prechecked for damage
-normally only 1 active desk at a time
-hours are incorrect on the app, they are open at 4 but will not answer the phones
-Hertz overall has terrible customer service, good luck trying to solve an issue or speak with a representative outside of their silly operation hours
-website advertised that the pick up was at the airport, it's not. It's a long wait for a shuttle and then another long wait in line at the actual rental center
My suggestion: do anything but rent from here

This is the BEST rental car company and the best Hertz around! The representatives are all so helpful and wonderful. They are accessible and helpful in every way, including the kind and professional shuttle drivers. There is always a representative available to help when you get off the shuttle. I have had Reggie help me on several occasions and he was always gracious. The people who check out at the booth are also kind and accommodating. And the rental return process is smooth and easy, thanks to the hard working representatives who expedite the process. I have also had the good fortune of meeting Trina, the manager, and she too was great. I imagine this well run Hertz has a lot to do with her guidance. I just want to add that I fly into PBI frequently and always rent from this Hertz. So, this is not just a once or twice good experience. It has been every time, on many occasions. Thank you to all the team members of this Hertz that make such a positive difference.

I made reservations for my rental car the following day, but was able to pick up my car night before with no problems. Love the selection of cars I was still able to pick from...being part of President's Circle is incredible!
