About Hertz Car Rental - West Palm Beach - Palm Beach International Airport (PBI)
Hertz Car Rental at West Palm Beach's Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) offers a wide selection of vehicles, including luxury cars, sports cars, SUVs, EVs, vans, and trucks. The location is noted for its convenience. Many reviews highlight excellent service, describing the representatives as helpful, wonderful, accessible, kind, professional, gracious, and accommodating. The shuttle drivers are also commended, and the rental return process is noted as smooth and easy. Platinum and President's Circle members report particularly great service, with benefits like having a car brought directly to the airport gate and a good selection of vehicles. One reviewer calls it the best rental car company with a well-run team.
However, one experience was marred by rushed customer service and a less-than-friendly attitude when questions were asked, which made the process feel stressful. Despite this, many customers are repeat renters who report consistently positive experiences every time, praising the entire team for making a positive difference.

Really great customer service from Edwin and Elaine.
They took great care of my wife and I after our trip and made the drop off seamless so we could get back home!
Thank you Edwin!
