“Absolutely magical holiday experience!
My kids were beyond excited — this ice rink has quickly become one of our favorite Christmas spots in Palm Beach.

The ice is real, and if there’s a big crowd, they resurface it every 90 minutes, which keeps it smooth and perfect. Kids can skate from 4 years old, and the $10 ticket includes skates and the adorable beginner helpers — the seal and the reindeer. You can even seat a child on the seal and push them around, which my girls LOVED!
Adult ticket is $25.

There’s a cozy rest area with blankets, a small holiday market, and delicious hot chocolate.
For kids, they have fun activities like decorating a giant cardboard gingerbread house, plus a beautiful exhibit of Christmas trees, each uniquely decorated. My daughters were obsessed with the Grinch tree, the one with pink beach umbrellas, and the one with yellow sunshine accents — so creative and adorable!

On Sundays, Santa comes out on the ice — you can watch him skate and take pictures with him. It’s such a sweet touch and made the day even more special.

Parking is parallel, limited, and up to 2 hours. The price is $2.50 per hour.
The location is great — only 5 minutes from Rosemary Square / CityPlace, which makes it super convenient to plan a whole festive day.

“Excellent staff I was not feeling well and Lori at the front desk at the evening shift so kind so amazing so wonderful same with the tall bartender she was so gracious and amazing, I loved my stay beds super comfortable will definitely come back

Nearby activities: Riviera beach was the beach ever with the best views of the boats

Safety: Felt safe, the bathroom may just need a better cleaning the shower walls had tiny hairs

Walkability: You can walk to any gas station from the hotel and Walmart is 2 miles away

“Excuse me do you have a moment to hear about the fish tacos? Yes. You do. Because you need them. The animal style mahi tacos are some of the most magical items I’ve ever eaten. The tortilla has a melted cheese crust. The innards would bring you to tears with the thousand island dressing & crunchy onions. I will never forget you, you beautiful taco. Also, atmosphere & sunsets are amazing!”

“Bradley and AKA West Palm is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Bradley at the front desk is kind, helpful, and took his time taking care of us which I loved. The lobby is small but light and bright. The location is stellar. We enjoyed the restaurant blindmonk and the a market for breakfast as well. Everything delicious! Our room had a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean and the breeze at night with the veranda door open was heavenly. The bedding is soft and gorgeous. We had a wonderful stay. Annie W.M. Rm 841”

I was very surprised at the bathroom amendities . The shampoo and conditioner that come with the room are a very expensive brand. The bed slept well. The room was a comfortable temperature, and the shower was nice and hot . I would stay here again.”

“Better than I expected based on reviews. The room was super clean & smelled good every time we walked in. The bed was okay. The breakfast good with great variety & the coffee was excellent. We had a tournament, so the staff went above & beyond to make sure breakfast was out earlier then serving time. They were all very friendly. Cameras in the back of the hotel would be a great add-on.The location was right off the interstate, so it was very convenient to get around.”

“We stayed the night in West Palm on the sixth floor, our room was on the sixth floor, and the view out the window was nice. The room had two full sized beds, which was perfect for me and my best friend. There was a good space for us to be able to spread out each one's suitcase without stepping over the other. I used the Crabtree liquid soap, which was included in the bathroom shower, smelled nice and got me feeling amazing just before bedtime. We liked the parking in the back of the building where my best friend could see her car easily. The beds were comfortable with some down pillows which took me a bit to get used to. It's not my fault I prefer firmer cushions. Slept pretty well once the dark shades were in place. There were no loud noises from either the hallways or the road which we overlooked.
