“Our weekend stay at The Ben was absolutely fabulous. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Tatiana, who checked us in, was especially friendly, professional, and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. Our room was beautiful with a lovely water view, and the hotel's location is outstanding, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.”

“Meets the standard of a Hilton Garden Inn. A smaller scale unit than most, but clean and easy to access. It's 10-15 min from everywhere we needed to be. Easy to access, no problems with our stay.”

“This place was lovely! Came for here for a date at just between the change between breakfast and lunch. The restaurant was beautiful as well as their bathroom. Very well kept! The views and ambience were great. The waitress was very friendly and the food was delicious! I'd love to come back sometime. Would recommend coming here!”

“Liveable luxury with gorgeous views of the sunrise. We loved the courtesy car, especially when Michael was driving. The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Mikayla who gave us a fabulous impromptu song performance. 👏 The rooms were clean and the mattress was so comfortable. We loved the market. I only have 2 complaints. The cushions on the cabanas by the pool need to be replaced. They were dingy and way too thin. And the housekeeping staff often exudes an attitude as if you are disrupting their day, even if you're just riding in the elevator with them. But, overall a great hotel and one I've already recommended to several people.”

“Outstanding in every way. The staff is incredibly accommodating, and the pool area is beautiful. One tip: during the fall, try to get there before 5 PM, as the sun disappears behind the adjacent building. Thankfully, they also have a great hot tub! I'm traveling for a somewhat stressful reason, and the Hilton West Palm Beach has made this journey so much easier and more enjoyable. The level of hospitality and comfort has truly made a difference. Highly recommend.”

“Call me crazy. I happened to love it here. I stayed for 4 days and though the room was kind of weird with no dresser and just a small closet, it had a giant TV, comfortable bed and was big enough to where I just laid my suitcases out on the floor and was just fine. All the staff were terrific and the room was immaculate. I liked the outdoor dining area and breakfast bar, the pool was nice, the grounds and the various plants were inviting and well kept. The location is very good too, very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Very nice place and employees. I came early from a cruise at 10:00 and they let me check in 5 hours early!! I did not expect that. But I wasn't planning to go anywhere else except the lobby and hang out or their pool if possible. BUT the weather changed my plans on the pool unfortunately. So the early check in was awesome!!”
