I came in with my 5 year old son earlier today and the J.Crew Factory employees, specifically Ms. Jackie (I believe that was her name) was the sweetest! She brought my son a chair, a coloring book and crayons for him while I shopped. Customer service was outstanding! Thank you all very much!
