“I had no idea a shop like this had even popped up in downtown west palm beach, I was at zipitios for dinner with my fiancée for dinner when on our way back to our car we saw the sign and decided to step in.
A lot of amazing Yeezy merchandise and some supreme designs I hadn’t seen since I was in middle school.
Alex and the boys were really welcoming and down to earth.
Will be stopping in soon to purchase some throwbacks very soon.”
“I have been here many times over the years and it has never failed in terms of variety, price and style. I do miss the mall office to find out where the sales are but everything is online these days, it has a simple enough floor plan with ok food options. The location is also well situated with many retail options pretty close by. It's a solid five stars.”

“Very nice shop, you can buy a lot of cowboy souvenirs, but of course also everyday clothes. Nice owners. There is also a second point in Jupiter. At this point you can find a larger selection of hats, shoes and jackets, but fewer gadgets such as knives or sheriff's stars.”
“Went in the store 6.14.25 with my husband to shop for father's day. We had a really great experience. The rep that was helping us was very helpful and super friendly. We felt very welcome by her. We were a bit indecisive, but she helped us along the way and did not get impatient with us. She gave us a great experience. I forgot her name. She was slim, older, light skin African American with an accent.”
“I visited Carlos at his store in West Palm in preparation for my wedding, as I was looking for the ideal tux. He came highly recommended, so I gave it a shot and I’m thankful I did.
Carlos is very meticulous and strives for perfection. He wants his clients looking perfectly suited and his eye for small details is what sets him apart from other custom tailors I’ve been to. I own around a dozen suits, but none of them fit as perfectly as the one Carlos just finished for me. You can tell he deeply cares about his final product as it’s a reflection of his skill and expertise. I will definitely be back for more suits and sport coats in the very near future.”

“Greetings!To say that my experience with Ricardo Custom Clothing for Men was 5-star would be undervaluing the fantastic work he and his team did for me; 10-Stars would be more appropriate. Their work is simply the best.I have had suits and shirts made in many countries but none of those experiences can hold a candle to what I experienced with Ricardo.We began by talking together so he could get a feel for what I liked and didn't like in those past experiences, all the while taking notes as we spoke. Ricardo truly understands the meaning of developing relationships, and he spent a good amount of our 2 hours together getting to know my wife and I and what we liked in terms of suits, shirts - (i.e., styles, colors, fabrics etc....).During our conversation, Ricardo took the most detailed measurements, for the suits and shirts, I have ever seen. He even had me bring in an old suit and try it on while he took pictures to see how it fit and what to avoid.When I went to pick up the suits and shirts he made I was fully expecting to have, as usual, another fitting following adjustments. To my amazement, the suits and shirts Ricardo made for me fit perfectly the first time --- Wow! That had never happened before with any of the tailors during my 15 years living in Asia, there were always numerous fittings. I was just blown away at the quality of what his tailors had made for me.Recently, I wore one of the suits Ricardo made for me at a dinner in Spain, and many friends asked where could they get a similar suit! I told them at Ricardo's Custom Clothing for Men in West Palm Beach!So, I will end where I began, my experience with Ricardo, and his team, was 10-Stars!”

“I live in Missouri and was trying to get ahold of a store that had an item in stock. Steve was the only location to return my call. He couldn’t accommodate me with my request due to what I was asking wasn’t available in any stores but I was just grateful someone even called me
back to check in and apologise he couldn’t help. He was the only employee across 8+ locations I called who actually served their role in “customer service.” Thanks Steve.”

“The staff and management are constantly helpful and cheerful (Not an easy thing to come by these days.) Most other retail establishments could learn a few lessons from the positive way the Ralph Lauren employees conduct themselves. Prices are decently marked for an outlet location with new merchandise always in stock and on the floor. Never a complaint when shopping here. “This is a beautiful outlet l love it the security is always around but they need to spread out and not be all in one spot all the time for hours. Be nice to all customers not just the white high class citizens especially the black associates that work there. Come in the morning they almost never pleasant to them they just slide around like their look for a thief. It’s ridiculous l seen this numerous of times. Majority of them are rude never have a welcome energy they act like Racist cops.”

“The store is very clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything you need. I also really appreciate that they consistently have great sales. Oscar was absolutely amazing—warm, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He made the checkout process feel welcoming and pleasant, which I truly valued.
However, I did have an unfortunate experience with another staff member named Natalia. When I asked her for help with a specific size and color, she had me waiting over 10 minutes, even though she didn’t appear busy at the time. Eventually, I ended up retrieving the items myself. I also felt uncomfortable when she commented that the size I asked for didn’t seem like it would fit me and instead suggested a different one—even after I told her I had already tried that size and it was too big. Despite my request, she brought me the size she thought I should wear, not the one I asked for. That interaction left me feeling dismissed and disrespected.
While this one experience left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, I want to emphasize that everyone else I encountered was welcoming and kind, and overall, the store maintains a positive atmosphere.”
