I can't say enough good things about Roger! He is thoughtful, thorough, kind, and has a great memory too. Roger is as conscientious as can be and I am very grateful that I left my old local store and found Roger.

Rich here, I told Roger I would leave him a positive review so here I go. I walked into the store today in need of a phone along with case & screen protector. Roger made all that happen & then some with extras for an unbelievable price. So over all I am happy with the service, the new phone & the extras that came along with this unbelievable deal. I would highly recommend dealing with Roger he was very informative & patient in answering a multitude of questions I had for him. Overall great experience thanks again Roger really appreciate you my guy.

They add my mom 2 tablets and we didn't get any tablets if I could I will give them 0 stars we know it's not all them metro but this one here it's not the place where you want to visit now we know we preferred to travel little farther then get ripoff then bill when up form $75 $136 if it's wasn't for this other guy at the other store we will be still paying 136 or more so thanks you guys form the other store for helping us....

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Walked into the store and waited at the counter, was eventually greeted by this guy who looked like he had just woken up rubing his eyes. He knew nothing about Metro's promos of $40 unlimited with no connection fee. Instead he wanted to charge us $150 for two lines even though the online promo said to follow it up in store. He would have to be the most useless store manager I have ever dealt with looking like he just woke up, how can you have someone with no drive and no work ethic represent such a large company??

The girl working here added numerous services doubling my bill to 70.00. She also lied and made me buy phone that was 150.00 & not free. This place doesn't answer the phone and no accountability what so ever. Come here and be ripped off.
