The CEO is a HORRIBLE PERSON!! Accused SEVERAL PEOPLE OF STEALING THEN WENT THROUGH THEIR THINGS TO FIND NOTHING!! WHAT AN EMBARRASSING SITUATION!! NO APOLOGIES GIVEN JUST RUDENESS!!! I FEEL BAD FOR THE PEOPLE SHE DID THIS TO. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMELY RUDE!! WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

Was sent the wrong item FIVE TIMES!!! No customer care whatsoever. I had to call somebody to ask if they could at least compensate me in some way for the obvious inconvenience. I spoke to some lady who gave me a $10 credit towards my account. I login in today and I'm interested in buying some new brushes. I look to see if I can apply the credit. None to be found. Shocker. I will not be using Pet Store Direct at all going forward. It's a shame too considering how fast shipping is and they sell decent products. Oh well.

I ordered from this company consistently for a while trying to support, They kept leaving out consistently (whitening small shampoo, 12$ bandanas 10$ sprays (10-20$ but I always ordered large and those little ones I let go.)so when I actually said somthing about it (a whole gallon 70$) instead of just taking the hit the banned my ip address. Not that I can’t get it else where or even just log onto my computer ??but I think it’s very wrong to ban someone because you didn’t send them a whole gallon of shampoo then when I very nicely emailed the let you no, I was personally messaged and insured I would be sent the product.(without shipping info or tracking) After two weeks with no actual shipping info I messaged threw email again and was offered a diffrent type of shampoo threw a personal message but at that point quality and time were a problem so I declined and just asked for a refund.(I did get the refund) but, then was banned. So if this company makes a mistake and you say somthing you will be met with retaliation. So I will be shopping at groomerspro, groomerlovers, and foxy Roxy. And as a groomer who owns a buisness this is no way to go about a mistake that everyone make by the way no one’s perfect and that ok! . But when I didn’t want to just get the next shampoo that in my opinion was not the same quality and then wait yet another week after ordering it a month prior..(which I already had to reorder from another company) that was very mean,unprofessional and just all around rude. I can go on my computer and still order but bet your butt I won’t ;). But I also want others to know, so If you order hope they don’t mess up, because if they will retaliate. (And from my experience 80% of the orders where missing small things)Goodluck with them. Products always came leaking and spilt. Reward a pack of bandanas I did purchase in a previous order, NEVER said anything about the other 5 orders that where missing or just ruined(just one pack of bandanas but still)

A large Doodle kicked off my Heiniger Opal to the floor and killed it! Still 2 dogs to go and didn't know if my Andis battery would last. Called Elena at Petstore Direct......... 8:20AM a new Opal arrived, just in time to start my day! Best Grooming Supply Store Ever!!!

They also show me inform me of new products, and They have a Huge variety of supplies! Its like going to a candy store for a groomer! Elaina and the staff are AWESOME! Very Knowledgeable!

I bought a quik stop powder from here and It wasn’t sticking on to the dog nail. Even if I put pressure. Then I noticed the rest of the powder was like clumps so I decided to take it back and see if they can do something for me SINCE I BOUGHT IT THERE ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO. Felicia was really sweet to me she said she was going to see if there’s anything they can do so she went to the back then some lady with glasses with her hair in a bun comes towards me and yelled at me saying what is she suppose to do with it she can’t sell it she has to throw it away I can’t just buy stuff and return it back she was very nasty and rude. She could have said sorry we can’t take it back because we can’t re sell it in a nice way !!! I would of have understand. It’s Not my fault the powder was ineffective. It’s a shame I come here all the time and make big purchases since I’m a groomer and I buy stuff for my boss company as well.Then she rings my stuff up WITHOUT ASKING IF I HAVE A VIP ACCOUNT SHE TRIED TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE. Definitely not coming back anymore.

THEY WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTIES!I Purchased the Hieniger clippers from Canada. Over $1000 spent. They are faulty. And for weeks i got told they would help, nothing.Now they say they will not help with the Warranty.. i can find somewhere else. Myself.And that i shouldn't have bought them from their company. (?) terrible customer service.

If you want to receive your orders and get them correct do not order here. I have been having issues with getting what I order, and have had them mess up multiple times now. Then when contacting customer service they will lie, and not do what they say. I have been waiting 3 weeks now for an order that customer service was supposed to rush. Be careful what you order, they will mislabel product (like adding hypo stickers to non hypo products)

was missing my 2nd battery for my Heiniger Opals over the weekend, they texted me back the first moment they opened & sent it out immediately & even told me they will talk to whoever incorrectly packed my box which impressed me alot with how much I see people just toss issues to the side instead of letting someone know they made a mistake.I think im going to start buying from them more then Ryan’s now.

As a small business, Pet Store Direct has been amazing in providing amazing customer service. We have purchased several products through them and they have rapidly taken care of our issues whenever they arose. Honestly one of the best customer service departments we have come across. ????

Very very disappointed. I bought opals for them for $500 with an extra battery. And they are super loud! I’ve sent them back twice to be looked at and am told they are fine when I’m fact they are not. I don’t understand why they can’t give me a replacement it’s been only a few months since I got them. And I know it’s not my blades that are loud because they are not loud when on the sapphires or other opals at my salon. Super frustrating I spent so much money on something that cannot honor there warranty.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Everything is over priced, more expensive than other companies. If you purchase anything from here they will steal your money and do not do returns.I really had called for 5 days and sent emails for customer service to give me the run around, laugh at my complaints then hang up on me. I spent $500 on broken Opal clippers that they refuse to refund. Don’t even waste your time, this company is a joke.

I placed an order that was confirmed on the website after entering a mailing address for delivery. After a day I contacted the site who said that I would have to wait 2 business days for me to receive a delivery number. Again after two days I contacted the site and asked for the shipment number for tracking, and only then did they inform me that they do not ship to my country. The money includes shipping and includes an exchange rate fee charged to me, I received a refund only for the shipping and the order. It's a shame that I had to wait two days to realize that there is no delivery to my country, instead of the website forbidding the possibility of ordering in advance
