Today there was apparently a fire in the building, in which the building was evacuated. My wife, who is disabled had an appointment there during the time. She can walk good without a cane or walker, but two of your staff to the time out to walk her down 9 flights of stairs to exit the building. Even with rude and obnoxious people yelling for her to walk faster and using profanity towards her, your staff disregarded their own safety to assist her. I wish I could’ve gotten their names to show my gratitude, maybe you can assist in that. This was 11Mar25 at the Victor Farris Building in West Palm Beach Florida.

I'm speechless, i with i could press more then 5 stars for this office, usually i don't do reviews, but for this office, i don't have no choice ,i went to the office for my lab ,i was depressed and desperate ,but when i meet with Joanie and Cheryl ,they go above and beyond to help me with my appointment , i was very impressed, i wish i could speak better English and explain my self ,them two lady's are incredible, i feel like taken the whole day to talk about this lab specially about them two warm heart lady's.

The most efficiently ran Quest I have ever been to! Cheryl took great care of me, got my blood first stick (a rare occurrence) and I was out the door before my appointment time! Thank you to the amazing ladies at this location, going to get lab work done is a breeze! Highly recommend.

Awful (non) customer service . Rude and unhelpful technicians . The experience at the N Flagler Quest location has been consistently disappointing over the years and seams to be getting worst on all counts with each passing year.
The last time I was there they damaged my vein so bad it was bruised for days. These people treat you like they hate you , or their job. Or both. Just awful.
I am not sure why this allowed to continue. I hope I don’t have to go back.

This location has patched up the customer service window, relegating all customers to an impersonal kiosk. This makes it difficult to ask questions of staff that wouldn't pertain to checking in or even requiring assistance with the check-in process. More and more of your locations are doing this, which makes our choice to go to other lab facilities more amenable.

Pretty bad! They don’t accept walk ins so you cannot do STD testing without seeing a doctor that is two months booked up. Instead they want you buy only packaged for around 1300$ to test yourself. What a Shameful, overpriced and crappy US medicine !

I made an appointment for 7:20 on line. Apparently I did Not hit the last button so my appointment was not scheduled properly
Upon arrival, I realized I was not on their schedule. They had me register and still took the time to see me without any waiting time.
Super friendly staff and extremely competent. I did not feel the needle at all!!!
Fast, effective and friendly service. Highly recommend
