“First of all, when I spoke to Dan he had been the seventh person in the budget customer service line that I had spoken to; from our original rental location in Pompano who knowingly gave us a wonky truck to the roadside assistance, to the one 800-gobudget customer service line. He was the only person that was able to help us. Just his tone and mannerism immediately puts you at ease. We were having a very urgent situation where we needed to be in a certain location by 4 PM and we had a truck that was not working properly. Dan was able to help us fix the situation. Even while following protocol. But he didn't make you feel like there was nothing that can be done for your situation. He's very attentive and did all that he could to help us while making us feel at ease in a very stressful situation. He went above and beyond in customer service. We left out of there though we were going to be late to our appointment (not Dan's fault by the way) feeling like we were well taken care of. Thank you Dan for all your hard work it just takes a little bit to make customer service a plus.Also want to give a shout out to Paul who went above and beyond to assist us in getting business taken care of with roadside assistance. They went above and beyond what is needed for customer service. All the help they gave us they truly did not have to do and we are totally appreciative of their help. They were doing things that the Pompano location SHOULD have been doing to assist us. You guys rock!!!”

“I had a really great experience with this business. I received a call a few days before my pickup time, which was reserved through UHaul directly. I showed up and the process was quick and easy, truck was super clean. The yard was tight but an employee didn’t hesitate to help guide me out and to hook onto the trailer. I would recommend this location. I don’t understand what all the bad reviews are for because that just wasn’t my experience. A few of these people that left bad reviews should learn to type and spell basic English words before driving a commercial vehicle on public roads. Thank you to this location for the great and professional experience.”

“Manager on staff this afternoon was a great help in getting a billing issue resolved. I would like to insert that the previous manager a guy with dark curly hair, dressed like Miami Vice from the 80’s brushed me off on this same issue. If I only met him my review would be zero stars!!! So I really appreciate the person who did what was RIGHT today because it’s right!On another note corporate dropped the ball on trying to convert this location to all electric vehicles, this store does not have the staff to support this change nor the volume of customers coming in from PBIA.”
