I've been training with Yvonne for the last month, and so far she's made a huge difference in my form. Strength training was something missing in my workouts, Yvonne does a nice job of mixing up the workouts. Highly recommended.

Love my gym! Small, close-knit community. The owner knows me when I walk in the door. I love the trainers. I love the atmosphere. The location is perfect for me. My good friend recently joined and now we're gym partners.
