Love my gym! Small, close-knit community. The owner knows me when I walk in the door. I love the trainers. I love the atmosphere. The location is perfect for me. My good friend recently joined and now we're gym partners.

Superfit has changed my life. I have been a member for just under two years, and I continue to achieve goals I never thought possible. I have participated in both group classes, as well as private training and food coaching. I went into this journey as a vegan, but Julian was really able to help me fine tune my diet to achieve optimal health and results. My body has seen big changes since I first joined. Before superfit I had started working on strength training and was the “cardio queen,” but wasn’t seeing results. With a combination of classes and one on one training with Yvonne, I was able to lean out and get stronger... and for the first time in my life actually see and feel muscle definition. The things superfit has done for my body physically (from a health and esthetic standpoint) have been monumental for me. I highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to better themselves through fitness and nutrition. What inspired me to right this review, separate from the amazing athletic results I’ve experienced, is the Activated isolated stretching I have recently done with Julian. I hadn’t been to a chiropractor since before Covid started, and my neck was in so much pain to where I was experiencing headaches for almost a week. I scheduled a stretching session with Julian and he worked magic on my neck! Through some specific assisted stretches and pressure point activation I was able to correct the “clicking” in my neck, relieve the pain and the headaches stopped! Superfit gym is really a total body haven. They have the certified qualifications, decades of experience, and all the tools of top quality health and fitness professionals to get you where you want to be and didn’t think you could! Thank you Superfit!!!

Awesome gym!Yvonne, an owner and trainer is the best - literally. She's been doing this a long time and knows proper form. She makes a tough workout fun and safe! Her husband is a trainer too alas well as a food and nutrition educator.

You can be at ease in the hands of Julian and Ivonne. They are experienced, there workouts are designed for you and they adjust if needed. Very personal service and the best of all they love animals and are vegan! I highly recommend this gym. You will get results.

This place "ROCKS," happy they are open again. Between Yvonne and Julian, they have over 60+ years of experience in the fitness/wellness industry. They understand how to work around injuries and modify the exercise program to ensure prevention of rei-njury. This gym is extremely clean and the equipment is well maintained. You feel like part of a family and since coming back from the virus outbreak they are taking all precautions to ensure client safety.
