Just know they don’t allow returns - I tried to return sneakers only tried on at home and because there was a couple of dog hairs in the bottom of the shoe, the $100 shoes were considered un-returnable. The manager or associate could not point to any actual wear on the shoe. It just seems like their policy is to accept no returns - and so their associates will look for any reason to support that claim.

Marisela's level of customer service exceeded all expectations. I undertook a 45-minute trip to the store with the specific intention of acquiring a Nike cat T-shirt that I had seen available online through Facebook for the Florida Panthers hockey game that night. Regrettably, upon reaching the store, I was disappointed that the item was not in stock. Upon expressing my frustration to Marisela, she took it upon herself to procure the T-shirt for me and searched the store's inventory. After a brief wait, she emerged from the back room with the item, bringing immense joy and satisfaction to me. Having previously worked in department store retail and currently being involved in the daily dealings with retailers in the beverage industry, I appreciate the rarity of encountering individuals and employees willing to go above and beyond. I am uncertain about the visibility of this feedback, but I firmly believe that Marisela deserves to be acknowledged as an exemplary employee. Marisela, please continue to uphold your exceptional work!

Horrible customer service. They had a pair of jeans on the sale rack and they came up full price so the manager said if there was multiple on the rack she would give me the sale price. Walked her over to the rack and they had 3 on the rack. Then she went back on her word and said that someone must have misplaced and she would not give it to me. Even after seeing multiple on the rack. She fought with me on this and was rude, and would not do it. Do not remember her name but she was working on March 3rd and had curly dark hair. Very disappointed in this interaction and they lost a loyal customer.

You can also check out my glowing ?review about KIRSTEN at the Davie location!Those that read it know Kirsten went & above & beyond to help me find the exact shoe & I size we needed at a location closer to me! After 3 calls she found them! IZZY at this location…So after all that I didn’t get the chance to hit the store in time to pick them up the next day! ?? I just called and got IZZY on the line who said I’m sure we still have them but I’ll go check. She was very patient, kind and friendly! She found them and put them on hold for me again, and I assured her I would be there today! She said not to worry, I promise they will be here with your name on it!I have never shopped at Tillys before, my 12 year old is the one who told me about it… I have to tell you based on these two encounters, though I have yet to see their shop, I would go out of my way to check out them again! Absolutely!I hope Tillys knows AND shows their appreciation to KIRSTEN and IZZY! It’s a hot job market these days and you don’t want to lose two Gems ? like these girls! If they are not in management yet, you ought to take a second ? at KIRSTEN and IZZY!Thanks again!

Horrible customer service. My boyfriend's mom purchased 2 pairs of pants for delivery and only received one pair. She went back to the store to correct this error and get the other pair and the buyer accused her of trying to steal the pair of pants. That is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional behavior. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
