“First of all, when I spoke to Dan he had been the seventh person in the budget customer service line that I had spoken to; from our original rental location in Pompano who knowingly gave us a wonky truck to the roadside assistance, to the one 800-gobudget customer service line. He was the only person that was able to help us. Just his tone and mannerism immediately puts you at ease. We were having a very urgent situation where we needed to be in a certain location by 4 PM and we had a truck that was not working properly. Dan was able to help us fix the situation. Even while following protocol. But he didn’t make you feel like there was nothing that can be done for your situation. He’s very attentive and did all that he could to help us while making us feel at ease in a very stressful situation. He went above and beyond in customer service. We left out of there though we were going to be late to our appointment (not Dan’s fault by the way) feeling like we were well taken care of. Thank you Dan for all your hard work it just takes a little bit to make customer service a plus.Also want to give a shout out to Paul who went above and beyond to assist us in getting business taken care of with roadside assistance. They went above and beyond what is needed for customer service. All the help they gave us they truly did not have to do and we are totally appreciative of their help. They were doing things that the Pompano location SHOULD have been doing to assist us. You guys rock!!!”
“I had a great experience at The Peterbilt store in WPB. Isabel Leon was especially helpful as she was the one who talked me into the store as I was driving. Even when I was at the store her customer service skills were outstanding!! Lunch time came and the manager offered to buy my lunch with no other dealership or store has ever done. Thank you sir for doing for me, it was delicious. My truck was repaired same day and I was able to get to where I needed to be on time. Thank you again!!”

“The U-Haul truck service on military and Okeechobee was booked up but the young African American lady helped and called the other U-Haul truck center on vista parkway and they had what I needed and reserved it for me so I'm grateful”
“Staff was friendly and helpful. Trucks are kept nearby in an old car wash that is defunct. Truck leaked rain in both doors. Bed of truck was dirty with wood debris and dirt. Truck otherwise ran well, handled well. Check in and check out was painless.”

“There was no issues picking up truck. The issue was returning to the other location since it was a one way rental. We were told to have it back at 9 am yet the business was locked and when contacted occupant wouldn't return until 1030 am. You would think there would be a couple of reps to receive and dispatch trucjs”

“We had the pleasure of Harvey help us with a car to get to orlando from west palm. He was super friendly and helpful. He made the process quick and easy for us with rushed time on our hands and he explained everything in detail. We would definitely visit him again in the future and would recommend this little store as they don't usually have alot of footfall.”
“I had a really great experience with this business. I received a call a few days before my pickup time, which was reserved through UHaul directly. I showed up and the process was quick and easy, truck was super clean. The yard was tight but an employee didn’t hesitate to help guide me out and to hook onto the trailer. I would recommend this location. I don’t understand what all the bad reviews are for because that just wasn’t my experience. A few of these people that left bad reviews should learn to type and spell basic English words before driving a commercial vehicle on public roads. Thank you to this location for the great and professional experience.”
