Great experience. Booked online the same morning for an 4x7 trailer and they were ready to go when I got there. The check in attendant was also prompt and assisted with a smooth drop off. Would definitely use them again when needed.

Great bunch of people to work with. I had a little problem. They took care of the problem with minor. It was nothing to do with U-Haul. I just had to upgrade something and they took care of it right away, but not even a problem.

We met with the owner regarding a warranty claim, which he personally approved. He took the time to explain the wiring repair in detail, including the specific materials that would be used. They handled the car with extra care, and the final result was excellent. Overall, we are very happy with the service we received.
