When I usually go to this store, I tend to have a negative experience. Workers wouldn't help or they would give me attitude.Fortunately, the last time I was there, an associate named Janelly helped me out and made shopping there a positive experience for a change. Thanks to her I was able to find what I needed with her advice and knowledge.

This is the worst experience I had few days ago, the old lady named Martta that works at Ulta drove me crazy, she wants me to buy what she wants, made me feel very uncomfortable with her rush and her vocabulary, very aggressive talking to me, so I left, then I met another lady that was well educated and calm which helped me a lot, and I spent lots of money with her.Behind the counter I hear the crazy lady asking customer to write reviews on her and I see they did, that is very sad.Low profile people are professionals.

Store is quite a mess, same brand items are all over the place, shelves are very bare and lots of trolly racks piled up blocking products. Ladies at the counter and security are very friendly though.

My experience was so nice overall. They were in the middle of a switch/restock so that was kind of sucky due to a lot of products models not being out or crowdedness. But what felt like a bright light when I was about to give up was Martha! She’s a pro beauty advisor and she taught me so much. I left with affordable products that I feel knowledgeable and confident about because she took the time to educate me and not sell me. Her bubbly and warm personality made it so easy to talk to her about my skincare needs but also our lives. I hope they keep her around this store more often than others so I can come back and tell my friend how well the products are working!

I went with my girlfriend to the store and was greeted by Martha. She was AMAZING! Her customer service was immaculate and she made us feel so good and her advice on products was great! Go see Martha if you are going to this store! As an esthetician she was very professional and she was very knowledgeable! She goes above and beyond with customers and I hope she’s next in line for a promotion because she is invaluable as an employee

*** Not minority friendly, avoid at all cost *****This place is extremely racist. I couldn’t even shop in peace because the security guard was following me so hard. When I went up to the cashier to ask them, if I was doing something or wearing something inappropriate that triggered this behavior, they tried to gaslight me. The two cashiers were extremely rude, the cashier by the name of Mahfuja and Satima were extremely disgustingly rude. They proceeded to tell me that, by talking to me nicely was a luxury. Filing a complaint with corporate, as I research more I see this is a common pattern with this company when it comes to minorities. Anyone hired there that’s a minority is just a breed. All minorities are created equal, and that was proven to me by the young lady wearing the hijab. The young man Christian was the only one that tried to have some understanding.

I just have to say when I went in today Martha Came up to me and help me out tremendously!! finding me a metallic look for my lips although they don't carry metallic lipstick she helped me to finally getting the look I was seeking for!!! she even went as far as to help make the look even better and I was so excited very thankful ,and Ulta is very blessed to have Martha as one of their Best employees!!!!She did Amazing helped me out for a long time didn't give up on me and for that I'm very grateful!!

Came here to see if anyone else was weirded out by the security guard lol and of course it's a common occurrence. I'm a lawyer, always come in dressed like I'm going to court, yet the security guard follows me around every single time I go to this store. I was just going to stop by and kept driving to the Palm Beach Gardens location instead so I can shop in peace.

Bought a lipstick gloss. Paid $16 for it. Used it the next day after purchasing it. I was not happy, This lipstick was burning my lips like fire, didn't know what to do. Wrote to the manufacturer never even got a response for what to do. Didn't want to be out of $16 that I didn't like, so I called the store and I was able to exchange it . Thank you ulta you made my day. Very grateful . I will return to get more future lipstick that I found there.
