Worst experience ever DO NOT RECOMMEND purchased a phone here to get home and phone from previous carrier still active contact customer service rudely unassisted hung up on etc went back to store where purchased (inwhich they intentionally screwed up port over) basically laughed at antagonize and threatened with police NO SERVICE FOR 2 DAYS contacted executive not much help when verifying purchase management did not honor and asked would I like to continue with previous carrier when I have a paid receipt from Verizon! After service corrected call center went back in and errored my service where I had no network connection even via wifi

This is a verizon retailer NOT a Verizon Company or Verizon Business Store. The company is Victra. If you open, transfer, or upgrade your verizon account at this location, you can expect hidden fees of $250-$350 or more for activation, processing, transfers, etc. Even if you are already a Verizon customer, these are Victra fees. Victra is NOT TRANSPARENT about these fees, they will come later. Be warned.

Brandon sent me to the Wellington store telling me the phone I wanted was there. It wasn’t. Verizon should not hire people who torture their customers. Thanks Brandon!

The worst experience.EVER
They don’t have enough employees AND they don’t care about there customers !!-
they just try to sell and push product. They don’t try to help you with any issues setting up your phone
We just moved here the worst Verizon I’ve ever been to
I spent all day there for two days!!!
I finally had to return the 16 max pro.
I watched their operation during this period . It is really upsetting.

Not so great experience from Andrew, who I gathered from other employees is the store manager, who also appeared very uninterested in assisting my mother today.
Andrew did not come to assist until the last possible moment, after first trying to pawn us off to one other the other employees, after almost being skipped over, after walking in the backroom to take a bite of whatever lunch that was brought in ...only to have to finally provide the help himself. All I needed was to have my data transferred from one phone to another after a new purchase. Go figure...

Went in to this store yesterday to return my previous phone to obtain the credit, as I was instructed to do within 30 days and to get help with my new phone, as it is trying to charge me for voicemail! Signed in, waited 30 minutes with zero movement of the list, with 2 people in front of me. Employees on duty were moving like turtles, no sense of urgency to serve customers. I left without any resolve.

Frances is an amazing customer service representative who stayed an hour after the store close to address a technical issue with a phone in my account and also provided further accommodations to meet our expectations. I would definitely recommend her for any future support.

rexently bought a new hot spot from this vertizon location in WPB and when the quick start directions where unclear, we returned for help. as is often the case with tech "directions" these days (no manual included), a key element was excluded making the "quick" start anything but; however, the staff took care of it immediately and we were on our way - thanks!

I showed up to this Verizon at about 5:15, I was greeted by Allison (supposed “Manager”) she lets me know there will be a wait until I can be assisted by a sales associate. I then proceed to wait for over 40 minutes, while 2 other associates and herself disappear into the back for about half of that time. Allison then comes out of the back to inform me the sales associate who was supposed to help me (and who was also in the back for 20 mins) his shift is over for the day (at 6:00pm, they close at 7:00pm) and she’s not sure if I will be able to be helped any time soon. She asked if I’d like to make an appointment for another day. Nope, I sure wouldn’t. Don’t want to have my time wasted again at this establishment, and if you value your time I wouldn’t recommend this Verizon location.
