“I visited today with my daughter (15). The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable and, most of all, so very caring for all the cats. Considering the number of cats, the location was spotless.If you're looking to adopt a cat, this is the place to go to. Even if you don't adopt (we didn't) HELP THEM to help the animals. Put a few dollars in the donation box (we did). The money is used to offset the cost of taking care of all the cats.I can't praise the staff enough. I plan to visit again and I will gladly donate money again as well as help with needed supplies.”

I felt very comfortable signing up for the premium program after talking w her and she “walking me through” the process to get it.The store is also very clean and all the staff very friendly.
