“Phenomenal customer service from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. If you’re looking for live plants or really cool fish that you can’t find at PetSmart or Petco this is the place to go! I highly recommend to go if your trying to start up a fish tank and may not know how to start it, they will guide you the whole way. Check them out!”

“Just had the sweetest experience visiting Adopt A Cat. Thank you to the kindest staff and especially Amanda! You made my toddlers day! She wanted to see some cats and it made her so so happy. They take donations! It's free roaming which is the BEST. They really know and love their cats. Originally was going to visit Nine Lives Cat Cafe and it was $25/adult and $15/for my 1 year old with little parking in a not so nice area. I saw a man's full moon out front. So looked up another cat spot and this place was only 4 miles away. Worth the trip! Go visit!”

“This spot has an excellent selection for your pup. Definitely better than the local big box pet supply stores. I did find the customer service a little aloof - nothing significant just not 5 stars.”

“I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team at Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control for their incredible compassion and quick response today. I brought in a community cat named Steve who had severe injuries. Even though the outcome wasn't what we hoped for, the staff handled the situation with the utmost dignity and care. They helped me make sure Steve was out of pain and at peace, which was truly what was best for him. Thank you for being there for our community's vulnerable animals when they need it most.”

“There's a worker there named Nicole that is genuinely friendly and helpful. I wanted to use this to give them a special shout-out because you don't usually get that kind of radiating positivity from associates in many places. If you're her boss and you're seeing this, please give her a raise.”
