WALGREENS IS THE WORST PHARMACY TO VISIT NO WONDER THEY ONLY HAVE 1 STAR.I WENT 5HERE WITH MY PRESCRIPTIONS SOMEHOW THE IDIOT CASHIER MIXED MY PRESCRIPTION AND WAS ARGUING WITH NE THAT I HAD PICKED UP MY PRISCRIPTION THE DAY BEFORE MIND YOU MY PRISCRIPTION HAD TODAYS DATE. IT WAS A MESS TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME BACK MY PRESCRIPTIONS AND WENT TO CVS WHERE I WAS THERE FOR 19 MINS. WALGREENS IS HORRIBLE AND THEY SHOULD REALLY SCREEN THE PEOPLE THE HIRE.CVS ALL THE TIME!!!$

It is the first time that I come to get my medication here because I have gingivitis and I need to take antibiotics to cure myself and calm the pain and fever, first I arrive at 12:00 pm and they tell me that it takes an hour, then I return at 3:45 pm and they tell me that it takes half an hour more, I stay to wait and the boy tells me that my medicine is already there, it turns out that it was not mine, that he had made a mistake, from what I see today I will not be able to start my medication cycle because I have to take it every 12 hours. I prefer CVS a thousand times, there is no seriousness here

I have terrible experience with the person (Star) working at the pharmacy, I can't believe some people work in the wrong place, I get sick and I need my medication and she said come tomorrow because I have to much work, after that she said next the line. She doesn't care about how you feel, why people like this working at medical field.

I'm not the type of person to rate a retail store, but this Walgreens deserves to have me take a couple minutes of my day for this review.
I write this as I sit in the drive through pharmacy line where I have been for 20 minutes. There are only 2 cars in front of me and we haven't moved.
My prescription was called in at 12:15 today. I stopped in shortly after being notified that it had been called in. No record that it was here and I was told to try back later.
So I called in to check on the status. 42 minutes on hold. They would pick up only to put me back on hold.
Called corporate to see if they could help. They let me know that they cannot reach this Walgreens to save their life.
So now I sit. Waiting. Same 2 cars in front and now a few more behind.

Just got terminated for being out a couple days. I suffer from epilepsy and had a horrible seizure. I also fell down the stairs. My manager asked for a doctor’s note, which was not a problem at all. I was planning to come in the next day with my signed doctor’s note from my neurologist. Later that day, I received a called from the store manager stating that I was fired for being absent. She had asked the day before for Me to bring it with me that next day. I loved my job, but not everything works out I guess…

No sense of urgency in the pharmacy at all. Came to get a few prescription filled and was told an hour wait. It’s going on 2 hours now and I now have to wait another 30 mins for the pharmacist to verify it.
I should’ve sent it to Publix pharmacy (even though it’s out of my way) where they have it ready in 30 mins or less😭

Went there to get my medicine waited 1hr in line still didn't get it,went back the next day in the evening just for them to tell me the didn't fill it yesterday because they forgot to, like are you serious!Then they told me it was going to be ready at 2pm call at 6pm still not ready.This is the worst place to go to pick up your meds they don't care and have attitudes but have time to dance and have us wait sitting down while they dance and laugh etc.

Why oh why does it take more than 15 minutes to pick up my prescription?!! It’s packaged and ready like everyone else’s is but if they’d go any slower they’d be walking backwards! Even when no one is in front of me they make you stand there forever before addressing you. Very poor customer service. No wonder why they are all closing

If I could leave less than 5 stars I would, the manager doesn't know about policies, he doesn't know anything, the cashier who is like 99 years old, they are useless. I went to return a medicine and they treated me in the worst way that we can ask of this type of person.

They will never have your prescription ready even when you called ahead of time to confirm. This is unacceptable when dealing with elderly that can't stand in line for extended periods of time let alone wait even longer. Manager, please help.
