Senior citizen. Wait on phone over 15 minutes to speak to someone in pharmacy. No one ever came on the phone....had to hang up. Needed clarification on medication. Have to change right away!!

To the gentlemen at the cashier ringing me up thank you for your wonderful service!! Along with a couple pharmacy techs all looking out for me. The woman's bathroom was not usable so i had to use the mens and the gentlemen took me to the back to make sure and checked and waited. I appreciate that. And it does not go unnotice. I was in awe I left and just needed to say something because when he got back to the front he was left with a long line of customers to ring up and such a grumpy a$$ lady. Jeez. I think the same customer service would've also been warranted. But anyway. Thank you ! Really appreciate it! And I'm shook by the reviews! My experience was great.

The amount of trouble,stress, and no communication this pharmacy has is beyond ridiculous. My prescription was sitting on “delayed no action needed” for days, my refill was due the 15th. No one from Walgreens called me telling me why they can’t fill it. So I took it upon MYSELF to call Walgreens and ask what the issue is since they obviously were never gonna call me to tell me there’s an issue. It’s a medication I been getting for years, but now there saying they can’t fill it because of an error message that I’m “too old for the medication”. Even my Dr agrees this pharmacy is ridiculous and he even gets puts on hold for 20+ mins when he calls and he has other patients so he doesn’t have time to sit on hold for 20+ minutes for Walgreens mistake. My insurance called Walgreens and said there’s nothing person disconnected the call so she couldn’t even figure out what the issue was. I was speaking to “Tiffany” and asked to speak to the lead pharmacist, she says nothing and just puts me on hold. Maybe pharmacy technicians need to be trained more on customer service or if they don’t like there job quit. Because the attitude and rudeness they give people that already suffer from anxiety, and anger issues and can not get there medication that was due the 15th of this month it makes it worse and then I’m the one that looks crazy if I get mad for not understanding Walgreens, or being on hold until the phone goes to voicemail, or being hung up on.

The pharmacy and the employees working inside that area are rude and unprofessional. My son has chronic asthma and needs he’s inhaler for basically everyday use. I called to see if they had it at the store they didn’t so I asked to have it filled one young lady told me she would and came back in 3 days it would be there. While I came back it was never called in to be filled because they didn’t have it in stock she insisted it would be called in that day came back couple days later still nothing. I’ve been up to this located 5 times just for them to keep telling me the prescription wasn’t in and never was called in to be filled. The Manager Pedro or whatever his name is doesn’t know to correct his staff and his staff aren’t doing their jobs because it’s no way I had to act out just for time to finally called and have it filled at their main pharmacy when this could’ve been done months ago by far the worse Walgreens in Palm beach county if ur sick and needs your meds DO NOT GO to this location the young girls that are pharmacy techs aren’t capable of using common sense or to do their jobs correctly

The employee was rude at all times. I just arrived to pick up my order and without checking he told me it wasn't there. I told him to check and he ignored me and started serving someone else. I waited for him to serve her and I showed him the email again that the order was ready to be returned and he told me to move aside to serve someone else.

Great customer service. I came in needing help and I asked the manager on duty to assist me to print some pictures. While trying to get my pictures loaded. Other customers needed her assistance. She paused in printing the pictures to assist them. When she came to assist me again, she showed me how to download the app to send pictures to the store. I was so thankful how patient she was with me. Patrice always exhibit great customer service towards me. I really appreciate her. Thank you so much for your great customer service. I will surely come again.

Always out of stock of my medications for weeks on end. Next door walgreens will have it no problem for some reason

Very bad customer service. I had an issue with a product promotion, the ad says something about buy two and get a discount. They were not able to fix the problem, so, at the end, I request a return.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service i have ever encountered. Once the automated system puts you on hold, getting to speak to someone is virtually impossible. No one comes to the phone right away, I understand there are other customers, but a simple "hold a moment please" would suffice. Instead someone will eventually pick-up, after having been on hold for about 10min, and without saying a word they hang up on you. This has been going on with at location for some time now. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I am taking my business to CVS or Walmart.

The employees are very relaxed and helpful! Especially this one bright girl who works as a cashier but i don’t know what her name is 😅 they are all doing a good job!!
