“These guys are great! I have a 2011 Toyota Camry that passed 125,000 miles so it is starting to need some work. I just got my whole front suspension (but not the shocks), front end wheel bearings, and a few other things done. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them! I used to take my car to the previous owners of the shop - Phil and Lou's Muffler Exchange and am happy that I have found a great group of mechanics to keep me on the road.”
“When is the last time you did business with an honest, genuine auto mechanic?
I called roadside service for a dead battery. They jumped it and after a couple of minutes the car stopped running.
They said the battery was good and it could be the alternator.
I drive past Sam's place all of the time and knew it was there.
After reading his reviews I called and spoke to Sam about my situation. He gave me a great price for an alternator, if that was the problem, so I decided to have my car towed to Sam at Congress Auto. Sam quickly diagnosed the problem ordered the part and repaired my car that same day. Sam is the Best mechanic in south Florida because he is honest and truthful! From now on Sam at Congress Auto Service is my go to mechanic for all of my vehicle's maintenance.
I forgot to mention that I had called around to get estimates for an alternator and got all kinds of different pricing.
Sam had the best price! You will not be disappointed!”

“About the upset reviews with address and location, I was updated they are now located on 5741Dawson street. I see it’s not updated yet. About not picking up the phone, they have a very large clientele and most long term clients just tend to pull up without notice because of the relationship.
I’ve known this family business since 1997 when it used to be the dad and two sons at Mufflers For Less on 441 and Pines. I have nothing but love for them and I too will show up without calling because I have no reason to “shop around” for prices after you’ve built a relationship.
I’m surprised to see ppl’s bad experiences with service quality and or poor weld work, but as you’ll read the comments, these are “NEW” first time customers who can be very skeptical and critical with first time experiences, especially when they see the “high ratings” they are going to want those 5 stars!
Long time customers have grown old together with this family business and have seen the sons grow old and now have sons of their own who are growing into young men. So you need to except the fact that that businesses NEED to hire other workers/welders to keep the business up to speed and functional. Therefore we can’t expect every new hire to have that “MAGIC TOUCH” that Muffler Pros is known for having.
Yea maybe it’s not the same unless you can schedule your job to be done solely by the owner, but most businesses in this Hollywood area is full of competition and low prices and that’s what the Hollywood area is known for. I can’t speak up for every situation, I’m still just a long-term client but I’m already in my mid 40s and I don’t have time to build a new relationship with a new Muffler Shop. I just don’t feel that I would be taken care of in the same manner or that my opinion would matter if I have specific preferences about the job I want done. It’s easy to give a business a one star rating when you know nothing about them.”
