He asked what I used my truck for when I told him I hauled a large travel trailer he upgraded parts and showed me the parts, very satisfied.DO NOT go to University Dodge Ram unless you want to get screwed! They charged me $2,100 analysis fee to tell me they could not fix my truck, no parts or completely new transmission, all on back order with no estimate on availability. Carlos told me he could get everything he would need, and he did.”

“My tire was completely torn off of the rim and I could not get the special lug it off of my tire because the special key was stripped. A complete different tire company sent me to "Good Wear" because they too could not take my special lug nut off. I was told Good Wear specializes in these specific situations. I called Good Wear & they were super helpful, even though they were closing within 10mins once I called they still waited & helped me out. The gentleman was able to take off my lug nuts in 10mins of me getting my car towed there. They were extremely professional. I will definitely come back if I ever have an issue my with tires/lug nuts & absolutely will recommend them. I loved that I was in & out.”

“We had a fault light "engine maintenance required". Our regular mechanic could not reset or fix the problem. Everyone wanted to charge $130-$170 for diagnose. Toyota dealers wanted to charge cool $1,000 to replace the coolant valve. Manny the mechanic did it in one day. Did not charge for diagnose and ONLY charged $280 for labor and $100 for part saving us over $600. He is honest, hard working and rare these days.Cannot thank him enough.”
