“We had a wonderful experience bringing our lines to T-Mobile and financing new iPhones, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ms. Sasha. She was patient, kind, and made us feel comfortable making our decisions. Having had bad experiences elsewhere, where we were often led to make poor choices, we truly appreciate Sasha’s assistance. Her outstanding service is why we recommend visiting this store and specifically seeking her out. It’s important to share positive experiences just as much as the negative ones. Kudos to the entire team and their managers!”

“I bought at Criket with my family and Mrs. Luz helped me, and I got an excellent opinion for her treatment, respect, attention, so much so that I included a new line for my child, I recommend her a thousand times with my friends and others family and when the survey came out I was wrong and I wanted to give her a 10 and it came out 1, how can I accommodate that, she doesn't deserve that, the truth is, she is fantastic with excellent treatment.”

“I went to this store on 6/15 and I was greeted by JOVHANY B. The store was busy and I asked him how long was the wait, he was honest and provided the answer quickly with lots of confidence behind it. I want to say that he did an amazing job. His customer service was excellent. He knows what he is doing and provided me with all the answers. He even helped set up my Netflix account. I am very big on customer because that is what I do and when someone can take the time with you and explain small details it goes along way. I want to also shut out to the Manager I don't remember his name. You have an amazing Team. ? Sometimes we over look great customer service when all it takes is just a simple. Thank you, I appreciate you.”
