“I wanted to replace the internal doors in my home so I researched several local lumber companies. I ended up choosing Nachon because the prices were good and the reviews checked out. I chose well since the service was excellent both when ordering the doors and after having to return with one that was slightly too wide since I was trying to get away with not having to get it cut. Gina in particular went above and beyond the call of duty. I am in the process of doing many renovations to my home and if others had the customer service I received here then it would be a much more pleasant process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.”

He walked us through different options, shook them out for us, cut the bottom of the tree we picked and wrapped it for us all with a smile. “I visited the Plumbing Department because I was having difficulty finding the correct fitting to connect a propane line to a gas dryer I purchased online from Home Depot. I was becoming quite frustrated trying to locate the right coupling on my own.
Ms. Marlen, the Plumbing Department representative, kindly approached me and gently asked if I needed assistance. She was extremely professional and demonstrated excellent knowledge. Not only did she find the exact fitting I needed, but she also took the time to teach me how to search for couplings properly in the future. She even tested the fitting using the hardware sample I brought with me to ensure everything matched perfectly.
She also provided helpful advice on how to secure the gas connection safely. I was truly impressed by her expertise and willingness to help.
I also want to recognize Ms. Alison at Customer Service and Mr. Mario, the Manager. I shared my experience with them, and they were both very kind and appreciative.
Thank you, Home Depot. Please take good care of these outstanding employees.

So i called the store. Home Depot your automated answering borders on awful. The woman who finally answered was indeed awful and would not allow me even to speak. The next woman was slightly less awful.
Home Depot have Laron start at this store first. They need professional training by an expert.
In the marketplace now doubt the big box stores rule. I am a retired electrician. I only visited this location to appease my GF. It was roughly 7pm.I prefer wholesale houses. One can get better service and better quality of goods. We will end up purchasing from Sherwin Williams. Because we have an account there.They will be able to match our choice and at a better price.
My hope is this review educates the masses.”
