“I came in to do blood testing and Shani assisted me, she was all alone and doing everything by herself and she’s a pro at what she does, it shocked me when I found out she was new because I have really hard veins and for the first time going to do a blood testing I didn’t get bruised on my arms and she was super quick and gentle and very communicative. I’d definitely come back again for testing here way more comfortable then quest. Also very clean, and super quick with service.”

I got there right at opening and was seen right away; I was in and out in about 15 minutes with all the panels I needed, and my results were back within 24 hours. Everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming. The environment felt professional and efficient, but not cold or clinical like other places I've gotten labs done before. This is definitely going to be where I get my labs done from now on!”

“My experience with Dr. Hill was nothing short of amazingly fantastic. I am not from here but was ordered to have several tests ran for an upcoming operation back home. I had no idea where to go or who to see. With ONE phone call to Dr. Hill’s LAB DOCTOR I was on the path to get all testing completed at his location as well as another one, which his staff set up for me while Dr. Hill was taking care of the other testing at the same time. What would have been a long miserable day turned into a couple of hours of pleasant lab work which culminated in everything being taken care of in a manner which allowed me to still spend several hours with my family at the beach!!! As if that wasn’t enough, Dr. Hill also discovered an issue with my medicine and he fixed it immediately!!! Any time I am within 100 miles of this office and need medical attention I will definitely return to Dr. Hill and Lab Doctor. Plus his staff is incredible as well. I wish I could give these professionals more than 5 stars.”

I only see him because he makes each visit so comfortable and quick. They also have a food bank at this location but I’ve never stopped in. The pharmacy is also here so you go home with your medications on the same visit. They are a great place also if you’re looking for additional resources.”

“I'm very happy to have found this lab so close to home. I have a difficult time dealing with needles, and the phlebotomist, Natalia, was very understanding with my issue. She played music and talked to me during the procedure, it wasn't painful at all, but I almost fainted. She got me a cup of coffee, water and even volunteered to walk me to my car. The price for the lab work was also very inexpensive. I highly recommend this place.”

“One of my Doctors uses this lab for stat results and so I indirectly became a customer of theirs. They are professional, accommodating, friendly, efficient, etc. Of course with anything involving insurance, it takes time for accounts to settle and whatnot. Unilab was more than accommodating and extremely responsive while working out the insurance payments for the labs. They send you easy to understand invoices that explain pricing and costs. When you call the number on the invoice, a live person answers right away and you don’t have to jump through hoops to get the right person. I had a very nice experience with them and I recommend!”
