Alexandria was great also she was friendly and took my labs with ease. These young ladies should get an increase of pay it seems they do their job with compassion and they seem to love what they do. “I'm very happy to have found this lab so close to home. I have a difficult time dealing with needles, and the phlebotomist, Natalia, was very understanding with my issue. She played music and talked to me during the procedure, it wasn't painful at all, but I almost fainted. She got me a cup of coffee, water and even volunteered to walk me to my car. The price for the lab work was also very inexpensive. I highly recommend this place.”

It was easy to work with Gabriel, very responsive, all questions resolved via email. Freight was quick. We paid on Tuesday and received the hood on Monday.”
“I went to get my bloodwork done this morning and had a positive experience. My doctor requested a huge amount of work and I was astonished by the speed and competence of Natalie and Carol in processing the order. The lab is pristine and very well-organized and they were able to take me early. Carole kept me entertained for the full time I was there with her outgoing personality and Natalie handled the paperwork like a pro. I felt more like I was home with family than in a lab for bloodwork. I'm going to do all my future labs at this location.”

So, it is true what they say.The lady at the front desk was very polite and informative.If you are planning to flight, don't wait til the last moment to get tested, I agree with them, accuracy is priority., so plan in advance and wait for the results. You are paying for a service we'll done in a lab, not for a simple drive thru nose swab.Thanks”
“We stopped in during our family shopping weekend and found everything we wanted and needed. The only reason we don't go to Walgreens is if there's a store sale they still want that idiotic card or your phone number. We sometimes skip coming to the store because of that but this is about our visit this time and we are giving a perfect score. They should give some thought to stopping the idea of that little discount card or phone numbers, we know of several people that say the same thing. We will be back, just not as often.”

“My experience was a pleasant one. I took my 9yo daughter, without an appointment and I was in and out within no more than about 30-40 minutes.The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was.The tech was very sweet with my daughter. She was very professional and made sure to remind us to wash our hands as soon as we walked out of the restroom. She also gave me a note for school, for my daughter, which I truly appreciate because I forgot to ask for it, and she did need it.”

“The gentleman Mario at this facility was wonderful. His customer service was excellent. He was extremely helpful in a very frustrating situation. I needed to get this lab test done no later than today, and 4 other facilities this morning could not get me seen today. I came to this location and there was absolutely no wait time whatsoever I was literally in and out within 10 minutes, and I was a walk-in with no appointment. I highly recommend!”
