Reserved a car online through AMEX travel in the standard elite category. When I arrived they did not have the vehicle as promised and gave me a car in a lesser category but would not adjust the price. Will be opening a dispute via the credit card company.

Terrible experience! I reserved online and when I was heading to the location they called me to say there were no cars at all and online it said they had all of the types of cars. The person that called me did not care at all and didn't seem to bother to have a decent attitude towards the situation.

I was given a car with a damage bumper. Inside was super dirty and smell like smoke. The tank was half tank but the contract stated full tank. The employee told me to returned it how I found it and when I returned in the same conditions they charged additional fee.
