“I had a great experience with Avis in Weston, Florida. The service was professional, friendly, and very smooth from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Yelitza, who was extremely kind, helpful, and patient throughout the entire rental process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I had a positive experience.
Excellent customer service makes a big difference, and Yelitza definitely represented Avis very well. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. I would definitely recommend this Avis location and will be happy to rent from them again!”
