This bank is a joke. I wouldn’t even consider it a bank. It’s literally two giant ATM machines that have taken place of the bank tellers.

There were many bankers on site but no one could help me withdraw money from my annuity. After 2 hours I got someone to print me the forms that I can go directly to AIG and do it myself.
