“One of the last remaining banks with a true personal touch. Silvia at the Weston branch is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of her way to provide personalized attention. In fact, everyone we have interacted with in Weston are consistently fantastic, every single time we need anything. I have never had a bad interaction at any Ocean Bank, but we drive from Hollywood to Weston because we appreciate the service we get so much. “The bad reviews are for the town center branch. This branch is the most OUTSTANDING branch I’ve ever visited. I refuse to go anywhere else now. Joao, William, Yaoska, Tania…everyone goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. They’re fast, professional and very friendly (the town center branch is very slow albeit friendly, but this branch is off the charts great).

The staff’s professionalism and friendliness stood out, reinforcing why Citi has been performing better than Chase and Wells Fargo in recent years.
Parking was smooth, the area felt very safe, and the location’s placement within a convenient shopping complex makes access effortless. I visit multiple Citi branches, and Weston has never disappointed. Highly recommended.”

“I have been a Chase customer for over 35 years, dating back to before the Chemical / Manufacturers Hanover merger. Over that time, I have seriously considered leaving more than once, most recently this past fall. Even the Private Client program didn’t meaningfully improve the experience. Offshore call centers interfering with in-branch transactions (including wires) created real frustration and business risk. Most interactions have felt transactional despite polite in-branch service.
That’s why my experience last week at the Weston branch (1040 Weston Rd) stood out so much.
Felipe, a banking associate (not even in Private Client), delivered exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, proactive, and most importantly, he genuinely cared. He went above and beyond, even helping after the branch had closed.
That level of service is rare today, even in premium banking.
Felipe is a standout and a credit to this branch. Chase management should take note.”

“Took a HELOC at the Weston branch, Gloria Arteaga and Nancy Padilla took care of the process, excellent customer service, very helpful. My only claim is that Amerant did not keep my older loan at the interest that I had argued that I cannot have 2 HELOCS and that I needed to use the new one with a highest interest rate to pay the old one in full to have access to the new HELOC offer.”
