“The bad reviews are for the town center branch. This branch is the most OUTSTANDING branch I’ve ever visited. I refuse to go anywhere else now. Joao, William, Yaoska, Tania…everyone goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. They’re fast, professional and very friendly (the town center branch is very slow albeit friendly, but this branch is off the charts great).

My only claim is that Amerant did not keep my older loan at the interest that I had argued that I cannot have 2 HELOCS and that I needed to use the new one with a highest interest rate to pay the old one in full to have access to the new HELOC offer.”
