Absolutely Incompetent Service
FedEx has officially outdone themselves in the art of failing at their own job. My package sat in the same facility for a week without moving, customer service gave me three completely different “updates,” and somehow they still managed to deliver it to the wrong address. The tracking system is basically a random number generator at this point—totally useless. I’ve had faster and more reliable deliveries from small local couriers who don’t even have tracking! If you want your shipment delayed, lost, or handled like it’s a game of hot potato, FedEx is the company for you. For everyone else—avoid at cost

HORRIBLE service today, August 6th, 2025. Twice in less than a month: customer service is NON EXISTENT here, plus they’re lazy and arrogant. I was blatantly IGNORED by both Kamirah and Bernardo, and all I asked for was for them to seal the box I had just paid $27 for (it’s a CARDBOARD BOX, for crying out loud!), plus shipping and taxes. Over $50 for them to act condescending and NOT comply with a simple request; to put tape to close the box and add a FRAGILE sticker on it. Three weeks ago (July 15th), my sister and I were blatantly ignored at the counter for over 10 minutes, while employees were in the back on break, we needed to print something in order to complete a packet of documents. It was impossible to use their paid computers to print anything. We went to UPS instead. No issues whatsoever. I’m NEVER using this FedEx location again.

Very bad experience! My husband went into an empty store and nobody answered a good morning, and nobody willing to help with his concerns about sending a package. Unbelievable 😡. We went to UPS and easily sent the package! Don't loose your time going here.

My wife's experience today at this store is one of the worst anyone could have had in any store, where the manager not only verbally mistreated her but also humiliated the staff working there in a grotesque manner.
Don’t even think of visiting it again!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I came in to drop off a medium-sized item with a prepaid FedEx label, expecting a simple return. Instead, I was met with upselling and unreasonable fees. The cashier insisted I needed to purchase an oversized box and packaging services totaling $30, even though my item clearly didn’t require it. When I asked to pack it myself, they refused to provide even a small strip of tape—apparently, they don’t offer complimentary tape at all. The entire interaction felt greedy and unhelpful. This experience made a straightforward return unnecessarily frustrating and expensive. I won’t be returning to this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location on Sunday, April 6, 2025. I went in to ship two items and purchased two 8x8 boxes. When I asked for tape to pack them, the employee told me I had to buy the tape. I asked if they don’t provide tape for customers who just purchased boxes, and the employee looked me in the eye and said no.
I ended up buying the boxes and leaving, packed everything at home, and dropped them off at a different FedEx location where the staff was much more helpful.
I will never return to this location again. Extremely poor customer service and a total lack of basic courtesy.

3/12/25 5:26pm Matthew was excellent. He was very patient and friendly. When asked to correct address information he did it a friendly manner. He gave me choices on delivery fees, which impacted my cost savings. Thank you Matthew for saving me over $50 to overnight a package to my husband. Great customer service!

Don’t call the number for the store you will get someone in China or Philippines if you’re lucky. You will not speak to a representative and least of all at the store. You will have to go in person as there is actually no phone.

This company have no respect for customers time. They are supposed to close at 6:00 pm on Sundays according to their website. I arrived at 3:20 pm and the business is closed.

Horrible location, no matter when I have gone into this store the employees are never helpful, not well trained on how to send your packages and act annoyed at any question you have. If it’s anything besides them just having to scan a package where the label was already made there’s an issue.

The establishment is fine (although they should think about expanding hours), however the main person on duty behind the desk ( and I’ve been twice in the past week) has the worst attitude towards customer service. He acts like he’s doing people a favor by just doing his job. Surprisingly rude and curt.

This place is a rip off and adds a ton of extra fees. I needed to get 25 pictures printed on card stock. The bill - $168 dollars. WHAT?? They were for a funeral so they charged me a $35 rush fee. They also charged me a massive resizing fee - even though I didn't ask them to resize the pictures, I just told them the size the picture should be. Shame of them. Once I realized how much they were ripping me off, I stopped the job. I went to CVS and printed 500 photos for $80. BEWARE.
