The manager Luis is in need of an intensive Customer Service training..He lacks of empathy towards elders and disabled customers. As a long time customer, l can say that this store went from a 5 stars to a zero stars just bc of the manager with an arrogant attitude and not valued the customers.He has no problem in telling you not to go back to his store after reading your docs (medical information). I was in shock and left the store in tears bc of the humiliation that I faced in front of other customers that were there. In total shock!!Recently, I was in need of their services on a Sunday and unfortunately the Weston UPS store was closed. With no other option available, I decided to go back to this store and for my surprise there was an extremely nice lady by the name Teresa. She is awesome! She greeted me and everyone entering the store, eager to help everyone. Extremely helpful, courteous and with genuine desire to help each customer at the store.What a huge difference from Teresa to Luis, the manager. He wouldn’t only mistreat the customers, but also the young employees in front of the customers. Sad experience.My rating is due to my experiences with the manager. I only use their services when there’s no other options available.But, after finding out that there is a new employee by the name of Teresa that makes you feel valuable and she have no problem in helping you with your needs and with a beautiful smile in her face, I had to recognized her amazing job and wonderful attitude.FedEx is in need of more employees like Teresa. The world and many people are facing a lot of life’s challenges and finding amazing customer service can truly impact someone’s life in a positive way.5 stars to Teresa and zero starts for Luis, arrogant and non-empathetic manager.

Terrible attention I received from this employee! I went to him to ask him a question regarding the printing and he yelled at me that he was TOO BUSY THAT HE COULD NOT ATTEND ME! I usually print it with the code so as not to “bother the employees” precisely because they don't know how to serve the public! But today was unacceptable! I treat with respect and that's how I would like to be treated. It would be great if they gave customer service classes to their employees.

Avoid this fedex they will refuse a bit folded boxes look for a wallgreen instead. Also they will try to sell you a 50 cents worth box for 26$ it is a robbery in the daylight!!!

Don’t go there. Terrible service and attitude. I wanted to print out a PDF which they printed right there and they wanted to charge me $35 to give it to me other wise I would have to come back next day, but it was there already printed. Makes absolute no sense! And they only told me after it was printed.

Horrible experience shipping here. I came with my 4 year old and had a label but needed my items to be packaged for me. Half way through packaging the manager, Luis, told me I couldn’t use Apple Pay for shipping but I could use it for retail. That’s weird. I don’t have a card with my so I ask if anyone can let me send them money and they pay for me on their card. No one can ? So I ask if I can leave the items while I go get cash. Luis tells me no. Ummmm okay so then I package it all and I’ll bring it back to my car. Oh, now I can leave the items there but he asks for my name and phone number (as if I’m going to just leave $2,000 worth of devices there and not come back). This was a horrible experience and took waaaayyyyyyyy longer than it should have. Absolutely never returning.

Horrible service today. He waited on a lady and was so rude. Then the woman who was next he told her just a minute and waited on someone else who just came in. He was the store manager so no one I could speak to there. I took my packages and went to another location.

I am not a complaint person but I think this time I have to do it, I went to the store today and they told me that they were not able to help me that I should call the 1800, to speak with a live person is impossible, is there somebody in that store with a good customer service? A transaction was canceled and the refund did not go to my account, where that money go.....

Do not send anything through this Weston store, after making a huge mistake with the service I have been forced to pay almost $500 out of pocket for something that I could have carried by hand for free two weeks later by myself. from the first moment the manager Luis made it very clear to me that he had no intention of taking responsibility or giving me any kind of solution or financial reward for his poor management and customer service with a shipment abroad. N my pass I tried to send another stuff with them and also had a problem but with the time I tried again and with this they confirm me how bad company is and the really bad service they make. My English is not good but I hope this help people to use another company’s as UPS, DHL or even USPS.I feel cheated and cheated

The customer service here is terrible! If you don’t want to work then don’t. Customers shouldn’t receive attitude because the employees don’t feel like working. Can’t even ask a question without getting an attitude.

Horribly inconvenient. This location says they will not take Apple product returns because the pre labeled box has a lithium ion battery warning sticker. FedEx and Apple have failed here if this is the case. They need consistency. I was told to drive 30 minutes away to another location. Terrible customer service all around.
