“I placed an order at this publix location and they misplaced my order. I left the store disappointed. 15 minutes later, I received a call from the manager apologizing for the inconvenience. He told me they were going to get my order ready and the manager himself delivered my order 40 minutes later! Wow truly amazing!

“Today I had some coupons I wanted to try for cold brew coffee and kombucha which are two items I really love but do not have the pleasure to always indulge in. I am inside and I see a diverse workforce, so I am a happy camper. After grabbing my items I decided to drink my cold brew outside by the fountain and do some people watching before heading to the park to get some steps in. Wandering Bear coffee was great, not too sweet but flavorful at the same time. If you want to try out a new cold brew I would definitely give Wandering Bear at Whole Foods a try.”

“My kid cut her face. I’m a doctor. It was 8 PM and they closed in an hour and I called and asked them if they could quickly fill antibiotic and they said yes and within 15 minutes they filled it. Andre was very helpful and I’m really grateful that they would do something this quickly. I’ve always had great service there.”

There is an older gentleman-Franklin in the deli who is always eager to see usual customers and helpful to new ones! There is also a young high schooler who works as a bagger and sometimes in the Bakery. He is a friendly employee and even worked hard with his leg in a cast. “Good Publix location in River Run plaza with lots of other stores. In this plaza there is a checkers and wings plus also a Subway. There's also I think a Chinese food place. This location can gets very busy and parking for Publix is sometimes difficult. If you enter in off of Miramar People sometimes park In the middle of the road and it can get backed up there. The side of the plaza that faces Palm is less busy. Sometimes it's best to just part park on that side and walk to Publix from there. The dry cleaners on the corner has decent prices and has been there for a while. There is also a bank in the Southwest corner. There is also a metro PCS store and a cricket wireless store. The cricket wireless store often plays music that can be heard throughout the plaza. There is also a large beauty supply store on the left hand side of Publix. On the side that faces Palm Avenue there is a there is a Barbershop. I didn't cover every store but There are quite a few other businesses in the plaza. Hope the info helps. It's a large plaza with many stores during the holidays the parking lot gets very busy.”

“I really need to acknowledge Dolly at the bakery. I came in 20 minutes before my son's school birthday party and was just planning to get some cupcakes. I decided to ask if they had anything Spider-Man themed and Dolly took over, she asked how many kids, pulled out a light up Spider-Man toy, arranged them and put extra cream to make them look a cake. Put sprinkles and wrote happy birthday Kyle to make it look like this was preordered. She did this all in 5 minutes. I was in the store a total of 12 minutes, got apple juice, snacks and the cake and was on my way. She saved me and did with so much kindness, truly wanted to help. I am so grateful to her for making it so special for my son.”
